We found Spring Home Improvement on the web, just looking for someone to take our basement project to the finish line. Well, Tiago and the crew exceeded expectations!!! First off, responded almost immediately to our reach out on Yelp, came to the house to see the scope of the project, had great ideas with absolutely no upsell. We got a very reasonable quote and we agreed upon a start date and low and behold, they showed up exactly when they said.

During the work, guys were timely, clean, easy to communicate with. Any changes were met with “whatever you want” attitude. It was a basement finish and the crew was way more thorough than I would have been, lol.

We had Spring come to do siding, windows and replace a porch. Great job all around. Very efficient, courteous and professional. These past few months have been a long stressful journey dealing with water damage in my kitchen, after spending months looking for a reliable GC, my cabinet guy (Rick) from Pinnacle Kitchens, said to me I got a guy for you, he specializes in these type of situations and repair and he can help you. So he connected me with Tiago. Tiago was very professional, very responsive from the start. He came to inspect the kitchen and gave me honest opinion, honest and fair price. What I appreciate about Tiago, if you have water damage in your home you know how stressful it can be but after speaking with him it felt like a relief, he was able to reassure me that the work can be done and will be done in a timely manner, speaking with him gave me that peace of mind that i needed, so I appreciate that alot. He delivered what he promised, he kept me in the loop with the project and he always responded to my texts and answer my calls. I also appreciate the team that he works with, those guys were amazing, they are hard workers and they did a solid solid job...overall I'm very happy with the final results, I would definitely recommend him.

This was our second large home improvement project with spring home improvement. We had 2 new windows installed , two new sliding glass doors , new tile surround and wainscoting. The crew were excellent. The work was finished in quick time and looks amazing. We would highly recommend spring to anyone looking for home renovations.

Pricing for each component of the project was broken down to reasonable levels. Spring Home Improvement completely renovated three bathrooms and moved our laundry upstairs. They knocked down the wall between the master bath and hallway bathroom to give us a much larger master suite. Their work was excellent. They listened to exactly what we wanted. Tiago and Jolina were not happy unless we loved the completed project. Anyone looking for top quality renovations should definitely call Spring Home Improvement.

Tiago recently renovated my basement, and I am thrilled with the outcome! He is professional and personable, timely, stuck to the budget, and was very easy to get in contact with. Fabulous experience working with Tiago on my kitchen renovation!! From start to finish his team was cheerful and professional. Communication was easy because we could count on him to be responsive and timely. Tiago follows though every step of the process making sure we were not just satisfied but happy with the progress and outcome of each task. There were no negative surprises and the only increase in the estimate was work we added on during the process. Tiago delivered on his promise that we were “in good hands!” It is clear that the workmanship is just as important to Tiago as it is to his customer. After having such a great experience with my bathroom renovation, I immediately contacted Tiago at Spring Home Improvement when it was time to renovate my kitchen.

I couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out! Just like with the bathroom renovation, from the very first consultation to the final finishing touches, the entire process was seamless, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations.

Tiago handled every part of the renovation and even redesigned the space to make it more open and practical. Taking out an unnecessary closet made a huge difference — it completely changed the layout and made the kitchen feel brighter, larger, and more modern.

The project included custom cabinetry, quartz countertop, a full tile backsplash, a hand-pressed sink, a touch-free faucet, new appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal), fresh paint, updated electrical work, plumbing modifications, and all the finishing touches — everything came together beautifully. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the attention to detail shows in every cabinet line, tile edge, and paint finish.

What impressed me most was how organized and efficient the entire process was. Tiago and his team handled the design, demo, build, appliance installation, tiling, painting, and final cleanup — all with clear communication and zero stress on my end.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Spring Home Improvement Inc. for a complete bathroom remodel and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Tiago and the team were professional, communicative, and focused on delivering exactly what I wanted.

Tiago and his team were amazing! They were here every day, long hours. They were meticulous and responsive to all concerns. Inspections were smooth sailing. My house was flooded a year ago. It has 3 floors. Initially I did not know what to do. The insurance company gave me money, but I had no idea how to put my house together again. A friend recommended Tiago. He initially walked me through my house. I was devastated and he told me how the reconstruction will begin and proceed. The electrician, the plumber, heating, insulation guys, carpenters, tiling, flooring and painters. He has such a great experienced crew. They were all very professional! His wife, Junia, was always sending me lighting, vanities, tubs, cabinets, tiles, sinks, colors, giving me choices for me to select. She even had given me extras with very good taste such as a niche in the shower. She made it very easy for me. I am so thankful to Tiago and Junia . They were more than contractors, they gave me my house back (and my mental health ) better than before!

We recently completed our finished basement with Tiago and his company Spring Home Improvement and couldn’t be happier. Tiago was super professional and detailed throughout the whole process. His wife Junia, was great at providing me plenty of ideas and samples and making sure i knew when I chose things over our budget!!
