We remodeled our kitchen, which involved knocking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room, almost doubling our kitchen. We worked with Brian, his employees and sub contractors. They were pleasant, neat, conscientious and enjoyed their work. The first thing they did was put up a plastic wall with a zipper to cordon off the work area from the rest of the house. This gave us privacy and kept the rest of the house clean. The work was done neatly and correctly. Brian, is great to work with. If there was an issue he took care of quickly and without any pushback. We are adding a garage and mudroom and working with Stanek Construction again.

In this area any discussion of contractors can be more contentious than a political religious gender meeting at a local school board. What doesn’t need discussing is Stanek Construction. I have used them several times and they are on time, efficient and do quality work at reasonable prices. Whether it’s a kitchen, addition, dog house or a Frank Lloyd Wright replica to satisfy your inner hipster, Brian Stanek and his crew will not disappoint you like your first (or second) marriage. Quit reading reviews and call them.

Recently my roof started leaking at the front of my house. My son has used Stanek in the past and highly recommended them. Brian came out, gave us an estimate and had a crew here within a week or so. The job took one day, they arrived on time, were meticulous in their cleanup and were kind enough to keep noise to a minimum as my tenant on the 2nd floor works from home. I will definitely use them again for other projects we have coming up.

Highly recommend Stanek Construction. Brian and his crew did an amazing job redoing our front steps and railings, adding a new door, and fixing part of our porch. They were very efficient and professional. We are very happy with their work and will definitely be calling on them again in the future.

Our home had a roof leak around a skylight flashing and Stanek Construction was able to completely diagnose and repair the problem. They were onsite for 2 days and when completed, left the place spotless. I would recommend Stanek Construction for home repairs, large or small.

Had them come redo the siding on my house and all the flashing . They were very professional and answered all my questions .and gave me all options .went with hardy board siding . They were quick ,professional and clean for a work site . This was not first time using them ,first time was taking walls out and putting in lvl to support house . Very pleased with both jobs and highly recommend them

Stanek Construction recently did a home renovation and in-law project for us. We enjoyed working with them so much that we had them come back a few weeks later and do our replacement windows.
