Stanek Construction was on time, affordable, on budget and detail-oriented with customer satisfaction a priority for my small home improvement project. Vince handled every step of my job of replacing two outside doors and fixing some warped deck boards and patching a ceiling crack as if it was a million dollar job. They called when they said they would, showed up on time and covered every last detail down to the last screw. Perfect communication. The workers were all highly skilled as well as friendly and helpful. They even offered advice and a quick hand on some small home projects I was working on myself. The painter who finished the job was meticulous. Sorry about me oversleeping that first morning the painter showed up - as scheduled!

I cannot express enough accolades about our time working with Stanek. After months of an emotionally draining experience with another contractor who left us unable to use our shower and on our own to decipher the problem, Stanek was willing to help despite the obstacles. Vinny was fabulous from day one and we finally felt like we could trust someone. They repaired our shower quickly, politely and reliably. The two subcontractors who did the job were equally wonderful. We are very thankful that Vinny and the team was willing to help us. It can be difficult to find stand up contractors so we are glad to have found this team! Highly recommend.

I had my front door, storm door and slider replaced. Brian came out quickly to give an estimate and was super easy to communicate with. The work was completed perfectly and in a reasonable time frame. I am beyond satisfied with the work done and highly recommend Stanek Construction!

We had our old deck torn down and a new one rebuilt. Also added an outdoor shower. I had asked to save the wood so I could use it for a tree house. They removed all the nails and stacked nicely in my yard.

Brian and his team have done a fantastic job on multiple jobs on my house. They have resided my house with vinyl siding along with reframing our bedroom windows. They also built a deck on the back of the house. His team also came to our aid when we had some ice dam damage in the winter and was able to act fast with repairs to our living room and bedroom ceiling. I would highly recommend their services.

We had three bathrooms remodeled, which involved a designer, plumber, electrician, tile installers and carpenters. Brian was on top of all aspects and expertly coordinated all the moving pieces. He actively communicated scheduling and gave regular updates (during and outside of business hours). While a few minor issues came up along the way, he was completely accommodating in addressing and resolving the issues quickly. We are very happy with the finished product.
