About 22 years ago I had Gutter Helmet install their guards on a, then, new roof. Over the years I have probably had them out to clean the gutters (full pine needles from a neighbor's trees) a half dozen times...pine needles are small enough to pass through the openings on the panels, therefore a giant pain in the neck. No argument, no hesitation, no questions...they honored their warranty expediently.
Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with them again to have a new roof installed. The crew who showed up last week (June 13th) was about as hard working as it gets.
My major concern, knowing that the process was going to be very messy, was the potential damage to my flower gardens. Having a small yard, full of beautiful, blooming flowers, it could have been left a disaster. However, the owner of the company took extra care to see that everything was as protected as possible. Several ladders were placed against the house, a sheet of plywood was positioned over the ladders, and a heavy tarp then secured over the plywood. Essentially the front gardens were protected completely, and debris came sliding down from the roof without disturbing anything. Everything was quickly picked up and disposed of in the dumpster.
The yard was thoroughly cleaned, nails eliminated, and any yard decor they had to move was put back...they even put fresh water in a bird bath!
To say I'm delighted doesn't say enough.
Thank you to Jim and his talented crew for completing the job with a few bent stems the only victims. My little house is grateful...the new roof looks beautiful...and my gardens are happily doing their thing keeping me very happy.

Russ installed 40' of Gutter Helmets on each side of my house which had a very steep Gambrel Roof. Required 18" wide Gutter Helmets which he installed on my one year old Metal Roof. He did a great job! A patient individual and took pride in his work. He had to work from a ladder and step ladder. A lot of up and down. Will be anxious to see how they perform! Have had lots of small leaves, and stems from a Honey Locus Tree, and pine needles from a nearby Pine tree over the years. Hope I never need to get up on a ladder again!

Every time (sadly there have been many) we have used any services from Next Level Al and Ashley have made what is a horrible situation just a little better. They do AMAZING work, and are so nice to deal with. Professional and offer a bit of funny when you need it interjected. I feel like I am getting together with family every time I have them in. You know they will take care of your home or buisnesd as well as they would their own. Brining it back to the way it was if not better. I want to have them over when it ISN'T a have to reason because they are so nice to have around and wonderful to talk with.

Sophia (Maria) came yesterday to do a deep cleaning to start the spring season off. I've been sick and unable to clean myself. She does so much more than clean. I have a cat and she got every piece of cat hair in my house. She pays attention to everything she touches. I love her organization when it came to cleaning every room. She has different cleaning mops for the bathroom the the rest of the house. A women who puts her heart and soul into her job. Doesn't complain or make me feel bad because my house wasn't immaculate when she got here but sure was when she left. I woke up this morning feeling so much better because my house looked and smelled great. Of you're looking for a true hard working person, Sophia is the women for your residence.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am extremely mold sensitive, got diagnosed with mold toxicity from the last apartment I was in and get chronic inflammatory response syndrome from it. I help a ton of families that can't afford testing. With that being said, Ashley gave me a bunch of cards told me if I needed a remediation company to call her. My landlord needed a company to come in the next few days and asked me to call my companies I work with. They were booked so I reached out to Ashley. I scheduled a time for her to come out, but she called the day before and said she could come now that way they could start sooner. My landlord sent out a previous companies which I was the only person present for the estimate. She came out did an inspection which included putting a big hole in my bathroom ceiling and pulling out moldy material. We had to use my personal vacuum to vacuum up everything that fell. We then put tape over the hole and she told me I should leave because of how sick mold makes me and that if the landlord wanted to move forward with the estimate they would be there in the next few days. The landlord found out about the hole in the ceiling and then wasn't happy he wasn't there and asked for the companies number. The landlord ended up saying sorry about getting mad and wanted to move forward with them doing the work. They were going to begin in the bathroom and my bedroom. Before then I was the only one communicating with Ashley. I found out what day they were coming and had a few questions because of my mold illness and because I have a cat. Our mutual friend just talked to her and told me to message her with my questions and concerns. I messaged her my questions. Her answer was great. Sounded perfect. Then BOOM! Everything changed. All of a sudden my landlord messaged saying not to contact Ashley again. I was confused so I listened. I was just trying to find out if my cat and I should leave and if they were going to contain the area and use air scrubbers or what. I needed to know what to pack up. I packed everything for myself and my cat and left the day before they were supposed to come because I worked the whole day before. Our mutual friend informed me that Ashley canceled our remediation. Confused because no one told me anything I reached out to my roomate asking her. She said they are still coming in the morning. So I stayed gone. The night before the job Ashley messaged me saying she isn't coming. I didn't respond like my landlord said. The next day the landlord called me furious saying ashleys dad called him screaming about me messaging Ashley and said if im there they aren't doing the job. I just moved into this apartment and now my roomate and landlord were all mad and yelling at me saying I did something wrong and now the landlord couldnt get his house fixed. He wanted to kick me out. I confirmed I have not talked to Ashley or anyone else since he told me not to. The next day when he showed up to kick me out I showed him my phone and he was like are you kidding me you didnt do or say ANYTHING WRONG. This company was just giving me the run around. If I didnt have record of our whole conversation I would have been homeless. Come to find out they cancelled the job for two reasons. 1) because she underbid the estimate and they couldn't just admit it and change it they had to pick an innocent person to blame it on. 2) ashley claimed they didnt want to get suid for not doing the job correctly because she found out I have a lawsuit against my old landlord. Thanks to all this I had to move out because after that my landlord just hired a contractor instead of a mold company because they waisted his time and it was an emergency and they didnt cover anything, contain anything, use air scrubbers or anything at all when walls and ceiling had to be replaced. Everything I own is gone once again. If they would have just came and did they job they were hired to do I would still have a place to live.

Ashley and Al are a powerhouse team that make sure the job gets done with integrity and respect. Their service is exceptional and their professionalism is top notch. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The team at next level really went above and beyond on this one. I needed carpets in the house done and ready for move in with 48 hours notice and the Crew at Next Level put my worries at ease and made it happen. Couldn’t thank Devon enough, that guy broke the process down step by step and really killed it. Super thankful for them.

This company dumped snow infront of an 83 year old handicap drive and blocked the whole exit of the driveway, its ok if it was on a main road but this is a side st ..
