DRL carpet did a great job installing our kitchen flooring and two bedrooms with carpeting. They were able to buff out a scratch that we had made when moving our refrigerator back in place which saved us from having to replace pieces of the flooring. They work efficiently, clean up carefully, and check in consistently while completing the job to ensure customer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our new flooring.

I have used DRL Carpet once or twice before. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. From Kim in the office to Darryl and Steve for measurements and the installs, the service and quality has been top notch. A year or so ago, they ripped out about 1000 sq feet of carpet from my finished basement. They installed a luxury vinyl flooring and quarter round molding around the base. It looks fantastic and we get many compliments. Last week they installed carpet runners up and down out front and also back steps to the second floor (mainly for our dog to have traction). The job came out great… and our dog lives running upstairs now. I highly recommend DRL (formerly Houle’s).

I’m so glad I went with this company! I had 2 bedrooms, hallway & stairs recarpeted and 2 rooms with vinyl plank flooring installed. The salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable & helpful and the installers were very professional & paid attention to detail. The entire process was seamless & the price was very reasonable.

Our finished basement carpet was a mess after this past winter’s flood. We had all but given up hope until we contacted DRL Carpet in North Attleboro. My husband and I have never been more impressed with the expertise and professionalism of this company! The owner of the company personally came to our home to assess the damage and gave an honest opinion for the solution. Today, Andre arrived to deep clean the rugs and did a stellar job. He was most personable, efficient, persistent with the stains and extremely professional! His work was outstanding and he even left us a little gift bag as a sign of appreciation. We would most highly recommend, without hesitation, this company and its work! We like to support local businesses and this company did not disappoint!

We had DRL come for carpet cleaning, to install carpeting and to make area rugs for us and everything came out perfectly. It was so easy to make appointments, they worked around our calendar and they were in and out, super efficient, while at the same time being meticulous and super friendly. Everyone person we talked to was so nice and accommodating. I always have loads of questions and it usually takes me time to make my decisions and they were so helpful and so patient. I can't say enough about our experience with DRL. If you are looking for a carpet expert, do not look any further, DRL is definitely the way to go!

GREAT experience with DRL Carpet. I requested at least 4 different quotes for the same space and they did not give me grief once. When install was looking like it might be delayed, Kyle (sales rep) went out of his way to ensure that did not happen. Install crew was very professional and everything looks amazing!
