Years ago, Pride was the only roofing company that even returned my call when we had a roof leak. They came right out and fixed the issue for us. So it made sense for us to use them to complete our roof, gutters and siding. Both teams were amazing! The crews cleaned up at the end of every day - even when we told them they didn't have to. I get compliments on how great my house looks almost daily. Pricing was SO reasonable - I can't recommend Pride Exteriors enough! Many thanks to Darren and his teams!!

I strongly recommend Pride Exteriors. I had a small shallow pitch roof on an open porch on my antique colonial that was badly rebuilt by another company. Pride agreed to take on the repair and did a professional job fixing the bad work and installing new rubber membrane. I watched the crew work in cold weather get this job done in half a day. I'm very happy with the quality of work, level of communication with the office and the price for the work.

We worked with Pride Exteriors to replace our siding and they truly did an incredible job. Their team worked quickly and efficiently without any compromising on the quality. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future for any exterior work!

Pride Exteriors recently did my roof! There is not a number high enough to rate these people they are a 10 +++. The crew they sent went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfect! The clean up not 1 nail was left on the ground! It was like they were never there. Each person that comes has a specific job to do and each one does it extremely well! I've learned a lot of lessons since becoming a homeowner for the first time a few years ago. Recently I learned two very important ones; be careful when you change your insurance and if you're in a pickle and need your roof done in a hurry, call Pride Exteriors. Due to an issue with insurance, we were forced to move up our plan to replace our roof and get it done within an impossible time frame. Well, it would have been impossible without Pride Exteriors. Let them know on a Wednesday that I really needed paperwork for the insurance company, something with a tentative start date even if it was a couple weeks away (which was the initial expectation for scheduling). Joey, their production Manager, called me on Thursday and scheduled to do the work on that Friday. I was stunned. It was the easiest thing I've ever had to do. Andy and his crew showed up bright and early on Friday, put a protective layer around the house and got to work. It only took them a full day to put a roof on the house and a detached garage and do some masonry repair for us. The crew was pleasant and worked efficiently. Andy kept us informed every step of the way and he explained the final products and work when it was all done. Both roofs came out beautiful, which is not something I thought I'd ever say but between the price and the workmanship I feel like I really got more than my money's worth. They left my property cleaner than it was when when they first arrived. I could not recommend them enough and I know who to call next time I need exterior work done on my home.

I wrote a review a few months ago that was two stars and then changed it to three stars after the owner requested my husband have me change it. I have regretted changing my review rating to be higher as I feel this is unfair to have owners pressure people to change their reviews. If you want to be a 5 star company, just be a 5 star company, don't pressure people for better reviews. 99.9% of my reviews are 5 stars. I stand by my review and I think pressuring people dilutes the reviews where you did earn higher stars. If you want to say everyone is happy with their roof after working with you then you actually have to make them happy not just pressure them into lying on a review rating.

The company had forgotten to add soffit on our quote and tried to leave up the old brown soffit we already had on our house even though everything else was being changed to white AND we had asked Bob to make sure everything in the quote said white. Why would we want to have brown and white all over our house? It would have looked really bad. My husband came home on his lunch break and saw how bad it looked and asked the project manager to fix it and do what was originally promised. Once we got a hold of the owner, which unfortunately took several days, we only had to pay 500$ extra dollars which was fine. But unfortunately before we got a hold of the owner we had some extremely negative experiences with Matt in the office and we were quoted a random range of numbers that we might have to pay extra: 1600, 1100, and then 700.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Good communication on the proposal and the work scheduling. Crew on the job site was excellent and respectful of the property. They performed the work as they said they would and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Pride Exteriors and will use them again for my roofing and siding jobs.

Pride Exteriors did a complete roof and gutters replacement yesterday, and it was hot. Arrival was to be @ 7:00 a.m. - well, @ 6:30 a.m., dumpster arrived and their entire crew was on site by 6:45 a.m. It was a big house and plenty of tedious cutting and fittings to be done with gutters along with a skylight which one of the crew members did a beautiful inside job framing. Their project manager on site, Alan, was great, very very helpful, handling all materials delivery and taking charge of his crew, and everyone knew what to do. This big job was completed in one day, and the crew worked very hard in the heat. Again, Alan, was in contact with me throughout this long day and adding his own finishing touches making everything look attractive. From my start calling Pride Exteriors, speaking with Darren, to their estimator and scheduling team always in contact with you, it was a smooth transition getting this roof done. Kim is excellent at the showroom in Plainville. Very nice, patient and knowledgeable. Our installation went very well, too. Professional workers who did their job well. I would most definitely recommend Houle’s Floor Covering.

When we needed new rugs installed upstairs by a certain date, Houle's came through. The installation crew was professional, friendly, efficient and finished the job in one day. The whole upstairs looks amazing! I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again..

We had Houle's install about 270 sq. ft. of LVP for a basement renovation. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. Kim was very helpful in helping us select a floor. Daryl came to measure and answered all of our questions. Steve and his assistant did a very efficient install and solved a couple of issues that popped up. They went the extra mile and installed flooring under the stairs in a little storage area I had created that was not part of the original install without my asking them to. I would not hesitate to use Houle's again or recommend them to others.

This is the second time we've used DRL and have been quite happy with the results. The work was done quickly, professionally, and met all our expectations. We will not hesitate to call on DRL again.

Doing business with DRL Carpet was effortless; they are efficient and prompt. They come when they say they will, give you a heads up when they are coming, give you an estimate ahead of time (prices are fair), and return phone calls in a timely fashion. Can’t say this about many businesses nowadays. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family!

Other companies should take a page out of DRL's book! They are incredible! From the moment you call until the job is finished, they are friendly, professional and do an amazing job. PLUS, they give you a "goodie bag" with a spot cleaner and....wait for it...cookies and a tootsie pop!

Houle's recently finished installing tile in our foyer and carpeting throughout our 2-story colonial home. The quality of the materials and the installation by Steve and Raphael really impressed us. They worked very efficiently and their attention and concern for detail was phenomenal - especially on the stairwells. They are true professionals who establish great rapport with customers.
