Doesn’t support customers when they recall work orders for the jobs not being 100% done and wants more money for additional days to do work the contracted company’s aren’t even completing. We constantly have city inspectors coming and telling us the lawn and lot look bad and threaten fines and we have to send our own people out to clean. Why are we paying this money for in complete jobs and for our own people to do it any way?

Been with case for 5 years and I can tell you it’s great for me, although sometimes I try to help way to much taking sites off there hands I would never take another Amazon ! Case is by far my favorite commercial accounts

I’d highly recommend suggest not working with this company. I took on some properties and they agreed to clean up cost however never paid me. They act dumb in emails regarding getting paid and or they don’t respond. Place is an absolute joke of a company. Was promised payment December 5th for work completed in July and nothing. Now they say today and I’m sure no payment will be sent. Good luck reaching any sort of management because multiple calls emails and texts and no response.

Our experience has been a complex combination of positive, negative, and disappointing aspects. On the positive side, the compensation is adequate. However, the negative aspects are substantial. We have been waiting for payment since June and have had to contact every team member multiple times a week to inquire about the status. Unfortunately, our inquiries have been met with unfulfilled promises of callbacks. We have sent emails and left voicemails, only to be told that the team is unavailable. I am writing this review in the hope that the company will take steps to improve their services. As of now, I am forced to give them a 1-star rating. We completed the required 1099 form for the compliance team, but the issues persist. The lack of resolution is unacceptable, and we have been left with approximately $3,000 in missing checks. Although some checks were lost due to local mail issues, which could have been avoided with direct deposit, this matter should have been resolved months ago. I have given the company sufficient time to address this issue before writing this review. Won't right this if they pay what is due

Beware they owe me over 30,000$ for two months of plowing at over 10 sites including government post offices. This company hires crooks and criminals. Do your own research. God bless you

Be Warned ..... Case is a terrible company to work with. Hired me to do a local Lowes because they needed someone to cover it for the snow storm coming that night. They agreed to my price but the following week they terminated the contract for lack of service even though the site was serviced, their app was used and pictures were uploaded. I'm sure they found someone to do it cheaper.

I started with Case this season and so far everything has been great. There was a couple of payment issues in the beginning but it was due to a enter error and has since been fixed. I deal with Jenn Dalley for sourcing and she is absolutely AMAZING to deal with.. My account managers, Marissa and Nate have been nothing but helpful when the help is needed, Ashley who is the Director has been great to deal with as well. All in all, it has been a great year with them. I have countless snow contracts for this upcoming season and they seem to still be coming in. I can't wait to see what the future holds with our relationship. I was a little weary signing up with them at first because of some of the reviews but everything has been totally different then what the reviews said. They are the nations largest FMS and can keep your business moving forward. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews.

Do not work for this company! I have owned a lawn care and snow removal business for almost 20 years and worked with nearly every national company there is. Case is the only one I would not do business with again. I currently take care of ten Walmarts for snow removal. I had three of them with Case. The contract started in October. As of January 10th I had not been paid one cent. I reached out to them and couldn’t get a response. I had to threaten to stop service before getting someone to respond. Then the regional director Andre kept promising me that a check had been cut on the 10th. Fast forward almost two weeks I still had not received a check. The biggest snow storm in 30 years was approaching. I explained to Andre that I would not service unless I was paid. For three days he told me they would overnight a check. For three days I got an excuse as to why they didn’t overnight a check. Then the vice president called me and promised they had mailed a check. I was told that it takes two weeks for mail to get from the east coast to the Midwest. When I was in the military you could send a package to Afghanistan and back faster than that. Here we are on February 4th and no check ever arrived. They told me that if I would just service the Walmarts for the storm that weekend then they would send a check the following Monday. They also told me more than once that they would put in writing that they were paying me and that a check was sent. Yet, I never received that either. They tell lies after lies. I refused to service during the snow storm. They tried to threaten me with back charges if I didn’t service. They called another local company to cover them, but they still owed him $12,000 from mowing season so he refused. Ended up costing Case the Walmart contracts. Then they put my account status on payment hold. A. check eventually arrived a month later. They now owe me for December and most of January (just under $20,000) that I know I’ll never see. They are a terrible company and use their employees to lie for them and do their dirty work. After reading all of the reviews I don’t understand how they are still in business. Then they respond to these reviews and act like they care, but do absolutely nothing to resolve the issues. They tell you to reach out. I did. They set up a meeting with me on March 12th with Andre and Jozie where I was assured that I would be paid within a couple weeks and my payment hold status was lifted. I even offered to accept half of what was owed to me but they said they wanted to pay me in full. Here we are on April 20th and still no payment. Then I was contacted by Tya about new contract opportunities. She said that management wanted me to take down my negative reviews and change it to a positive review first just so we could work on rebuilding the relationship. I did exactly as they asked and then was told that the relationship was beyond repair. Again, do not work for this company. If this is how they treat veteran owned businesses then they clearly have no morals. Unfortunately for them they picked the wrong person to screw over. This will cost them a lot more in the long run than if they would have just paid me what was owed.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is! We had multiple trees taken down as well as the stumps ground they did quick work at an excellent price. They took great care of our yard and cleaned up thoroughly. All of the guys who came out were friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend Destito Tree Services! From the initial call they were extremely responsive and quick to come out to evaluate the trees. The quote was immediate and very fair. They came ahead of schedule and removed both trees quickly and cleanly. I will be using them for tree removal in the future.

The company was great from the quote to the tree removal. They were efficient and neat and left nothing for us to clean up.

I would highly recommend using Destito Tree Services. The company is professional from the office to the arborists. They removed a 80 foot Oak tree close to my house down quickly and efficently. They are honest, clean and affordable.

These guys were amazing! They came to cut down two trees, one small that they made quick work of. The other was a very large maple. It was a rainy cold day and these guys still made it look easy and that they were enjoying their jobs. So professional…they cleaned up all the leaves and twigs when finished. Can’t say enough good things and would call again if in need.

Destito team removed a huge 3 prong tree with a 4’ trunk that was overhanging the garage and shed with surgical precision.

Outstanding service at a reasonable price!
The team left no trace of being on the property.

I was extremely impressed with Desisto Tree Services. They were responsive to my calls and questions. They offered me the best price and did an exceptional job taking a large tree down without leaving a big mess. I highly recommend Desisto Tree Services!

Great company, Shawn came over and gave me a quote. I had him come back for a second time for more trees to cut. Great price for the amount of work they did. It was amazing to watch them work. I recommend this company for any one wanting trees cut around a house.

We hired Destito to prune several trees and remove two others that had extensive rot. When they surveyed the site, they provided recommendations on what work needed to be performed, taking into account that we live next to conservation land and didn't want to affect the birdlife in our yard.
On the day the work was scheduled, they arrived on time and started right away. The work was done very quickly, in only about 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and the only way you knew they were here was due pruned limbs.
The pruning was done correctly, with the pruned branches removed flush with the trunks.
The price for the work was very fair and there were no suprises or up charges.

The quote was fair, and the crews did great work removing 2 dying trees on my property, and also pruning some remaining trees. They worked quickly and safely, and cleaned up well after, leaving the lawn in great shape. I would and will definitely come back to them for future projects.
