To say that I was dissatisfied with Deise’s House Cleaning Service would be an understatement. To be fair, what was cleaned was done well, but every week there would be something that was missed. One week they forgot to clean a shelf in the bathroom. The next week they forgot to clean the surface of the desk. Another week, they forgot to clean behind and under a small nightstand. Perhaps I’m too picky, but then again, we discussed what was expected when we first met and every week there seemed to be something that was skipped over or overlooked. Another example, at our initial walkthrough, Deise said that they always clean the interior side of the windows.
Outside of the initial deep clean, the windows were never cleaned, as the grime on my fingertips can certainly attest to.
We agreed to a cleaning requirement at a set price and it wasn't met. Perhaps I should’ve known that this wouldn’t work out with them after the accident at the first cleaning, where the cleaners broke a glass bulb that was hanging above the kitchen sink. The breakage caused debris to fall into the garbage disposal, which the cleaners left there. This ended up breaking the garbage disposal, costing us $250 to have fixed (none of which Deise offered to cover, though she is supposedly insured). Even though I was willing to overlook the broken disposal, the broken glass bulb and the missed areas, what was most bothersome was that they couldn’t stick to their schedule. They give a window of time to show up, but would show up earlier than expected, which disrupted our morning routine,, and our effort to pick up after 3 young kids so that everything would be cleared for them to do their job. They were an hour earlier than their given time for the last cleaning. This was the last straw for me, unfortunately. And, maybe it’s just my own personal experience with other cleaners, but Deise’s was the first service that required me to provide all of the cleaning supplies, which was an initial outlay of $70, which at the rate that they were going through the product since it didn't cost them, meant that I would have to replace every 5 or 6 cleanings, depending on the product. I see a lot of 5 star reviews here so I'm glad that people are enjoying her service. I simply did not get that 5 star experience. I’m giving 2 stars because the cleaning ladies did do a great job on the areas that were actually cleaned. The other staff (office), though, could be better organized (and rethink your policy of not supplying cleaning supplies, or at the very least, make more efficient use of the products provided to you).

UPDATE ON 5/10/2025 TO REPLY FROM DEISE: Since I don't see a way to reply to Deise's response to my review of her service, let me say that it is disappointing that you, Deise (or Lilly), would choose to lie and mislead with your response, which just goes to show what kind of business you run. AGREED, you terminated your services with us because "I complained too much" about the poor work and communication. My response to that...DO BETTER. Whether you terminated us, or we terminated you, this relationship was over as of your last cleaning on May 8th. NOW FOR YOUR LIE: you stated in your response that you had only cleaned our home twice in the last two months. Maybe you should hire an accountant to watch over your Venmo account. You received payment from us on 5 separate occasions since March 7th (2 months ago): PAID TO DEISE CABRAL ON MARCH 7, MARCH 27, APRIL 10, APRIL 24, AND FINALLY ON MAY 8TH. Check your records. And next time you destroy someone's appliance, offer to cover the repair...you know, since you are insured and all that. It's the decent thing to do. Good luck to you and your business, Deise.

Terrific experience! I had Deise & her team clean my mom’s place as a Christmas gift & they did an AMAZING job. Deise was extremely responsive, worked with me to schedule a date, & my mom was so pleased with the experience that she set up recurring cleanings. I have been a customer of Deise's House Cleaning Services for several years. Over the last year or so, she has lost a lot of her employees and yesterday, Februarty 17th was the last straw. I was told by her office manager, Lily, last week, Deisy would be coming to my home for the next clean with a new cleaner/employee. However, at the scheduled time, I received s text when this person arrived that someone else was coming to my home instead. This made no sense to me and to make matters worse, the person was at my home for 4 1/2 hours and spoke in her language on the phone during the time she was here. Cleaning wasn't done well - smudge marks on mirror, master bathroom floor not washed and light left on in a room that I wasn't aware of til later that day when my husband checked out everything. I have officially terminated their services. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT HAS NO RESPECTO FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS - IT'S NOT A SURPRISE TO ME, THEY CANNOT KEEP THEIR EMPLOYEES.,

Deisy's response to my review is not truthful. I left messages about the poor cleaning service in the a.m. and also the cleaner they sent was here 4.5 hours and also master bathroom was not cleaned - smudge marks and floor not cleaned. Also, she lost many employees as the girl who was with me from the beginning's team member left, than the next 2. My husband and I were the ones who terminated their service. Their response to me is due to the review I submitted. Also, Deisy told me on the phone she was selling her cleaning business to the woman she sent to me. Very inaccurate comments. She needs to learn customer service is important not blaming the customer for service.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SERVICE.
