Miles Connors came to look at Town property buried with invasives. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. We look forward to working with Parterre.

Working with Parterre Garden Services was a pleasure. They run an efficient, detailed, and thorough operation. We had the opportunity to assist with their trucking needs on a green project in the City of Boston, led by their Director of Ecological Services, Mr. Corrigan, and were highly impressed with their operation. They take great pride in their work and their contributions to the beautification of the City of Boston.

We’ve been working with Killilea's Landscaping for regular lawn cuts and seasonal cleanups for the last few years, and Matt and team have always done an outstanding job. He and his team recently built a retaining wall, steps, and walkway for us, and the entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.

Matt handled the design process, communicated clearly throughout the project, and made everything incredibly easy. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the project was actually completed ahead of schedule.

I would highly recommend his company.

I had such a great call with Jesse the owner at Premier Landscaping. We are in need of a Fall Cleanup and looking to do a curved paver walkway and two retainer walls with weeping cherry trees and flower beds. Jesse was definitely knowledgeable and shared some insights we didn't even consider. I am looking forward to working with them.

I don’t typically write reviews but seeing these negative reviews here has compelled me to do so!

Phil and his team at Patriot are incredible. They’re responsive, professional, clean, hardworking, and made all of our yard visions come true.

We hired them to fix and finish the job another “landscaper” botched and we couldn’t be happier. He did a complete yard re-do, grass install, mulch, and made a dream play area and sandbox for my son. He

completed the job as he would if it were his own house and that shows in all the little details. We truly couldn’t be happier.

His response time/schedule is reflects the amazing quality of his work so if you don’t mind waiting, he’s definitely worth the wait to get things done the correct way.

We have used Krefta for a number of different things, including a patio, drainage and landscaping. They do really high quality work, and are friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

The team at Krefta Landscaping did beautiful work for us on a multipart project, comprising both landscape and hardscape. We had an area by the road, prepared and landscaped (following some tree removal) with a row of 5' tall evergreen to hide some utility. Along the driveway, the flower bed was expanded and completely rejuvenated with new plants. Replacing the existing irrigation heads with new water efficient ones in that flower bed, allowed the addition of a few extra irrigation heads on that zone servicing other areas without overburdening our well. On the hardscape side, we had a rock path going around the garage to the back patio replaced with pavers, which now provides a nice and even walking surface. As part of that paver project, at the owner's suggestion, we had two downspouts discharging next to the path diverted into an underground drain under the path which now solves a flooding problem which we had in that area. This also allowed for the extension of an irrigation line to water a renewed flower bed next to that path. On the other side of the patio, we had five very large boulders, which served as steps to go down from the patio to the lawn, replaced with a fieldstone foundation caped with bluestone treads, again providing an even surface to step on and which also now ties-in well with the look of the existing patio. Finally, we had another small existing patio that was in need repair in the lower lawn section. For this one, a cost-effective solution turned out to be to reuse the existing pavers and reshape it to be more pleasing and serve the space more effectively. A granite step was added to make the transition from the patio to the doors more manageable. In all, the project was completed over the course 4-5 weeks, during a very hot summer, and everything turned out beautiful.

Edson and his crew did a big installation job for us a number of years ago. This included an irrigation system. Edson has diligently sent someone to turn the system off for the winter and back on in the spring every year. We haven't had many issues with it, but when we have, Edson has always responded and fixed everything.

It was truly a pleasure to work with these guys! Everything went smoothly. Our granite steps, walkway and back patio looks great (we've gotten compliments from the neighbors). The crew was incredibly efficient and detailed. The quality of the work is top notch, including the clean up.

Edson and his team at Krefta have been doing snow and ice removal (as well as other landscape maintenance work) for us at BINA Farm Center for two years. They are responsive, thorough and go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and makes sure the humans and horses at BINA are safe. It's a bonus that Edson is such a nice person to deal with too.

Our commercial project took two years in the planning. After finalizing the architectural plans we went to bid, we requested bids from 12 landscape companies and Krefta Landscaping was in the top three to bid. In considering Krefta many factors went into play. Their bid was reasonable and on target to the project, they bid on what was asked for and not deviating from the design. Other contractors changed the specs and made it difficult to compare, (you know how hard it is to compare bids when they are different; we like comparing apples to apples).
The references we used checked out and we even found some high recommendations from them! We then did a site visit to the shop and were impressed of what an operation they have. Talk about boys and their toys, they have a lot of equipment and can handle just about anything. We accepted their bid and got on their schedule, which was another factor that we wanted to know, how long will it take? They came exactly on time and blew out our project exactly one week ahead of schedule. Yes we did have good weather in August which helped keep things moving. Even when we got a deluge of rain which filled the excavation site next to our finished basement they came in the rain within 1/2 hour with pumps and equipment to resolve the standing water, so within two hours after contacting them they resolved the situation. As we progressed with the project every problem was resolved ASAP and usually within the same day. This is how they work all the time. When a problem comes up it gets attended to and resolved!
The attention to detail was exceptional and all the workers were respectable to our professional cliental during the project. From the initial contact to the nifty-gritty of the project the whole team is a well-oiled machine. The owner, Edson, is a real craftsman that knows his stuff he guides his team to do it right the first time but if something isn't perfect he will make it right! We had to make our pathway a 5% grade or less which included steps and curbs, which is very tricky, he is a master of making it happen to meet the specs. We were finally inspected by the town building inspector and the proof is in the pudding; where the finished grade was measured to be 4.9%. Nice!
Start to finish they do an excellent job and you could be rest assured it will be done right! the first time.
We couldn't have chosen a better contractor to do this complex job.

Mike Walsh - Horticultural Concepts Design and Construction. I've worked with Edson for many years on project large and small of all kinds. He's great to work with. He and his crews are very skilled, hard working and trustworthy people. Highly recommended.

Love our new patio! We extended our patio to add a hot tub. Edson has a vast experience and a good eye and provided great ideas, such as adding a wall for sitting, adding lights, stairs and even suggested potential furniture for our new addition. The work is very professional and the team work clean. At the end of the working day, all equipment is stored in a specific place. The team is hard working and you see changes every single day. We added additional work throughout the project and Edson was very easy to work with and the prices were reasonable. Our yard have been transformed. Even the grass seeding are coming in earlier than expected and we can't wait to enjoy our new patio and the new looking back yard.
