We've used Greg for two plumbing projects in the past (both great quality, and still holding up after several years), but he most impressed me recently. After heavy rains, we got water in our basement, and we thought we might need to install a sump pump. We called Greg to come assess the situation - he was honest with us and did not try to sell us something that wouldn't actually solve our particular problem. He spent time walking our property, answering all our questions, and giving us some simpler (and much cheaper!) suggestions. His level of customer service is also great. He remembered our family from past jobs, and he was cordial and professional at all times. I won't hesitate to hire Greg again.

Greg is a top notch plumber and person! Brent and David who were here today were equally awesome. Tina, his office manager, is also wonderful to work with.

After unsuccessfully having other plumbing contractors try and fix our Steam Radiator system throughout our house, we reached out to Ostroski Plumbing & Heating based on their positive reviews. They troubleshot the entire system and outlined scope and all costs up front (which were very reasonable) and were able to rectify the entire system and fix radiators that had not worked in 2 years. Highly recommended, great team.

We recently had Ostroski Plumbing hookup a new washer / dryer setup in our basement and a few other smaller projects. The team was professional and communicative throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Greg came at the recommendation of another trusted plumber after our tankless water heater broke and we had no hot water. Could not recommend him enough. The part we needed arrived at his shop in the afternoon and he came same day to install it. He was thorough, kind, and VERY reasonably priced.

Highly recommend Ostroski Plumbing! A friendly and extremely helpful plumbing company. Allison was extremely helpful with answering questions and providing an estimate over the phone. Greg arrived promptly and went right to work. He completed the job in a timely fashion, explained all that he did and cleaned up after himself. Best of all, the cost was well under the estimate! Comment on follow-up service in Jan 25: Required routine inspection and maintenance of our home heating system was conducted by Ostroski Plumbing. Worn parts were replaced and a total system check was completed in timely fashion at a reasonable cost. We feel confident that our house heating will run without issue over the next few years as result. Ostroksi is highly recommended.

Rob and Nick did a great job today getting my heating system checked and up and running. In addition, they search for the cause of a leak and determine it was not plumbing and most likely an area of the deck that has no flashing. This company is excellent from the owner Greg and his team of Rob and Nick. I highly recommend them.

Great response to replace boiler valve for a heating zone and also to replace bathroom sink pipe and a new stopper. Excellent experience and very professional. We have used them a number of times and will do so again.

Brent arrived at the appointment time and was fast efficient and courteous. He showed me how to remove the washing machine's broken handle on the valve. He could not do the job because I did not have the replacement handle.
