Highly recommend Ostroski Plumbing and Heating. They are a great local company and we have had very positive experiences with all of the jobs they’ve done for us (installing water lines and a dishwasher, servicing our boiler, fixing leaking pipes, replacing our water heater and more). The owner Greg is very knowledgeable, fair, responsive, and honest. We’ve been happy with all of the crews that have worked in our home— they are a great team of guys. Called at 8:45am for a failed hot water heater. They arrived at 10:30 am on the same day. From the begining the the coordinator and technicians were very informative and communicated the entire process to me before starting. I would HIGHLY recommend Ostroski Plumbing to anyone that I speak with.

wonderful service from first phone call where i actually talked to a person, Tina was pleasant and professional and was able to get me an appointment for next day. Service was great, Brent was friendly and professional. got the job done quickly and explained what he did very well. The best part was NOT being charged outrageous amounts of money as I have been in the past from other plumbing/heating company. Super company will never use any other company.

Had a leak in my water heater tank. Ricky and team arrived very quickly, same day to assess the situation. I asked if we could avoid swapping out the water heater and just buy the parts needed to fix (I was being cheap!) - he did he absolute best (a few hours) trying to extract the old part and replace it with a new one. He tried far longer than any other plumber would have tried. After several hours of attempts we all came to the conclusion that it simply wasn't coming out. I ran to Home Depot (it was Saturday) and grabbed a water heater. Ricky and team had it installed within 15 minutes and my new unit is working perfectly.

Very impressed with Ricky's transparency and honesty. Most others wouldnt have given me the time of day trying to salvage a unit that was 10+ years old. Ricky took the time to try and solve my problem. He was very respectful of the home, making sure no mess was made (or left behind). Very happy I found Opus Plumbing and Heating and will certainly be using them for years to come!

I contacted Ricky on Facebook to have him switch my gas washer and dryer that came with my new home to the electric ones I had purchased before moving! He came same day with everything needed to do the job accurately and professionally! Would highly recommend anyone using his company for all their plumbing needs! Great small company. Nathan is competent, professional and does what he says he will do when he says he will He installed a Toto smart toilet (something not all plumbers would do) and figured a way within code to avoid drilling new holes in marble tiles and wall. Cleared multiple drains. Adjusted water flows and temperature on faucets. Replaced shower heads with beautiful new heads with much better flows. He purchased all new equipment. Fair pricing. I just referred him to my neighbors.
