Very professional and found problems that I didn't even know about in my old house. The previous owner did a lot of the work on this house and it is sketchy to say the least. They helped me a lot. We were having our gas fireplace insert reinstalled and Josh Twombly noticed the gas piping (initially installed by another plumber 14 years ago) no longer meets the inspection code. We will be working with Josh in about two weeks once the new plumbing supplies come in as well as working around his busy schedule. My husband and I found Josh to be a capable plumber, professional, pleasant and wants to do the job the right way - no shortcuts for him which we appreciate. We look forward to working with Josh in about 2 weeks to complete the installation of the gas fireplace insert.
