We had two shut off valves installed as well as a new shower valve, spout, and shower head. Josh did a great job and answered all our questions about what he was doing. He cleaned up the work area. He also got along with our curious dog.

Repaired a large pipe leak for my boiler system. Extremely polite, professional and arrived on time. Prior to doing any work, I was fully explained the scope of work and a flat honest fee charge - NO extra charges that I have previously experienced from other plumbers. I will use Doug Anderson Plumbing in the future.

Charlie and his crew with Doug Anderson Plumbing and Heating did an amazing job installing my Rinnai tankless hot water heater. He also installed my Bosch dishwasher, serviced my furnace and cleaned out my dryer vent. He was very professional, friendly and polite. Josh, did a great job diagnosing and replacing our garage disposal as he went above and beyond. He is very thorough and and triple checked for any possible leaks after install. He is very personable and thoughtful

The service we received was impeccable. Charlie did a fantastic job replacing our garbage disposal. He was so nice, polite and very efficient. We had an appt. just for a quote and he said he could do the job right then! Fantastic! Very reasonably priced also. Will be using this company again (and asking for Charlie) . Definitely 5 star!

I had Chharlie Pen from Doug Anderson Plumbing & Heating to my home on two occasions over the past few weeks. He replaced my 2nd floor toilet Toto toilet with a 19" high Kohler toilet and today he replaced the Heat Exchanger in my Renaii on Demand water heater. In addition he also contacted Renaii & received confirmation from them that this part was still unwarranty . He did a terrific job on both occasions. He was also very neat. He was on time for both appointmens, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and walked me through & he also reviewed all the work he had done with me before prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend Chharlie and would request him again for any additional work I needed done in the future.

Sarun was absolutely extraordinary and brilliant, going way above and beyond to help me with my broken furnace in zero-degree weather. He ingeniously found the source of the problem, which the original installer had missed, and he searched exhaustively to find the part to fix it. He even created a workaround to provide me with a blessed hour of heat. When the supply chain didn’t comply and the part wasn’t available, he got me the price I needed on a new furnace to be installed right away. I will never use any other company, and this technician deserves ten gold stars for both skill and compassion. So grateful I called. 🙏🏻

Doug Anderson Plumbing and heating are the best! They saved the day for me! My propane water heater went and I called them for fixing the issue.... They made the process so easy and effortless, especially during a stressful situation... My experience from originally calling and speaking with a real person (Brittany) and her getting all my information and having someone out the same day a few hours later, to meeting (Charlie) who came and provided me the options and quote and coming in early the next morning to put in the new propane water heater.... They took care of the permits, the process, the removal/disposal of the old water heater, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left... It was the best Happy Friday end to a stressful week! Thank you again Doug Anderson Plumbing! Your team outperformed my expectations and made it a great experience for me!

Recently we has the pleasure of having Josh in our home to replace the hot water heater. I was waiting for another worker to show and no one ever did. Surprisingly Josh was on his own to do this job. Josh handled the job on his own with a wonderfully positive temperament. There were a couole of times where we assisted Josh so he could remain safe. It was at our insistance and we were happy to help. From taking out the old water heater to bringing in the new one, Josh never missed a beat. He remained pleasant throughout and performed his job in a professional manner. We are very happy to have had Josh on the job.
