Ostroski Plumbing & Heating were amazing! Had an issue that needed urgent attention. Tina was able to have someone out here in a couple of hours. Rob came out and had the issue fixed in an hour. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. The price was great too! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services.

The Ostrowski Plumbing team is amazing! From scheduling the appointments with Tina, to Greg coming out to assess the job, and then Rob coming out to do the actual work, the whole experience was fantastic! Greg and his staff are amazing! Not only do they do excellent work but they are very kind, explain things clearly and answer all of my many questions. Recently I had some work done and Brent and his partner went above and beyond to do some analysis on my leaky kitchen faucet. He actually found the part I needed, called the company to confirm and gave me all the information to order the part.
Unfortunately, these days it’s unusual to get great service like this so I appreciate them even more!!!

Brent and his helper did an excellent job of reconditioning my steam boiler for the upcoming heating season. Plus they repaired my shower to current code standards.I’ll look forward to seeing him again next year.

I would without hesitation recommend Ostroski Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They beat another plumbing company’s quote for a gas install by $1,000!! Greg came out to do the initial inspection for the quote. He was so professional and answered all my questions completely! The guys who did the work (installing a gas line for a gas fireplace) named Robert and Nick were much like Greg: professional, kind, and answered all my questions! Didn’t hurt that they were quick and respectful of our home! I found my new plumbers for life!!!

I had a leak that needed to be addressed immediately. They scheduled me for the next morning. Stephen was my tech. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I received a text when he was on his way, which is very helpful. When the job was complete, he showed me all the parts that he replaced. I am very happy with his performance and with Ostroski plumbing.

Had a hot water heater replaced. Greg is so pleasant to speak with. Had his guys come out to replace it same day! Very efficient!

Stephen and Nick came to fix a ceiling leak in my basement, which I believed was related to a toilet above that had been running on its own every 15 minutes.
They cut an access hole in the basement ceiling and discovered that the tub spout was leaking. They replaced the tub spout and also changed the flapper gasket on the first-floor toilet. I'm hopeful these repairs have resolved the issue with the ceiling leak.
Steve was very informative and took the time to walk me through the problem and the necessary steps to fix it. He was professional in his approach, and I really appreciated that the work was completed the same day.

Highly recommend Ostroski Plumbing & Heating! Greg and his team are excellent to work with. Our hot water heater suddenly stopped working, and Greg made sure we had a new one installed that same day, so we wouldn’t be stuck without hot water over the weekend. Talk about service! He was friendly, clearly explained everything, and gave us the best quote. We even received text updates as to when his team would be there. His team was efficient, polite, and answered all our questions. We will definitely be reaching out to Greg again in the future for all our plumbing and heating needs!

Called Ostroski when water heater stopped working on Friday. They were able to arrive early Monday morning and fixed the issue in an hour without incurring significant costs.

Giving four stars because I received a call on Monday morning before they arrived saying they were going to bring a replacement water heater before they diagnosed the issue or discussed the matter with me - seems like this was some miscommunication on their part (water heater did not need replacement in the end). Additionally, the guy that specializes in heating systems was out due to injury and unable to conduct the visit, so two guys were sent out who did not have as much experience with heating. I'm grateful they were skilled and able to fix the issue.

Overall happy with the service and would recommend to others.

I've used Ostroski Plumbing for over 13 years. Always professional, helpful and very down to earth. Greg, owner, Tina, office manager and Steve, plumber in the field, all great! Tell them your needs and they go to work to help you to resolve your issue in a very timely manner. Service fee, like so many, have risen. The care a quality are still there, you can feel safe counting on their work. Loyalty to the business counts, and is appreciated!

Brent was excellent, providing friendly and timely service. He let me know when he was on his way, discussed his suspicion about the problem and my options for diagnosis, the same for repairs. He also helped me think about options for future mitigation. Can't say enough positive things, he really helped out when we were in a watery nightmare!

Stephen from Ostroski Plumbing did an excellent job on two plumbing projects at my house. He rebuilt the Symmons valve, which completely resolved a persistent leaking shower issue, and also installed a new toilet. Since my house is older, the toilet flange was partially cracked. Stephen carefully assessed the situation, reinforced the flange, and completed the installation with precision.

What really stood out was his thorough and meticulous approach—he took the time to do things right and made sure the worksite was thoroughly cleaned afterward.

We had a long-standing steam heat issue with LOUD water hammering and inefficient operation that multiple plumbers and HVAC companies tried to diagnose over time. Everyone had theories, but no one was able to actually identify or fix the root cause.

Greg at Ostroski came highly recommended through a family referral after he successfully resolved the same exact issues for my Godparents' property. From the start, it was clear he truly understands steam systems. Greg and his technician Brent took the time to properly evaluate the system, explain what was wrong, and make the correct adjustments and repairs - not guesses.

The difference is night and day. The system now runs quietly, efficiently, and exactly how steam heat should. The water hammering is completely gone, and overall performance has noticeably improved.

If you have an older steam system and are tired of bandaid fixes from contractors who don’t really understand steam, I can’t recommend Greg and Ostroski enough. This is the level of expertise we wish we had found sooner.
