Bay State Board Up is a very professional company when we had a fire the owner came out to our house and was very respectful and walked us through the process of what was needed next and which was to secure my property they boarded my broken window's and they patched the holes in the roof so no water would come in

i love a good thunderstorm ! but the last one that came through left a neighbors tree upside down pierced through my roof. luckily everyone was ok but the elements were starting to take over my house. i didnt know what to do other then call my insurance company. they immediately recommended and sent out BAYSTATE BOARDUP. i was overwhelmed with uncertainess as you might have geussed has never happened to me before. to sum this story up when BAYSTATE BOARDUP arrived shortly after Ryan and his crew were exceptional at putting me at ease and promptly used theyre lift to take off the tree, patch up the hole, and secure the area. i highly recommend this companies professionalism for all of your emergency services.

January 9, 2024 I had an emergency situation with my roof due to a tree and heavy rain coming that night. Baystate came that afternoon and saved my house. I am so grateful that Baystate responded immediately and my roof was secured. They are skillful and treat their customers respectfully.

We found Baystate Board Up when a tree fell on our house, breaking a window and puncturing the roof. The Baystate Board Up team came out on an emergency basis and did an awesome job boarding up the window and patching the roof. They were very easy to work with and had great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone finding themselves in a situation needing a board up.

One of my family members had a fire at their home and Baystate was there to assist through the process. They were professional and efficient. I had a great experience with Baystate Board Up after a tree ripped some wiring from my house, leaving a large hole in the roof and gable wall. Their team showed up quickly and did an excellent job patching everything up. The crew was professional, highly skilled, and extremely thorough.
