Great job; Highly recommend.
Cleaned kitchen floor, tile and grout. I was actually thinking of getting a new kitchen floor; but thought to try a deep clean first. Looks brand new and saved me lots of money. Professional and Courteous.

We had a 10 X 12 area carpet cleaned and a wall to wall burber carpet cleaned that had 2 large stains of spilled liquid black ink that has been there over a year! Guess what?? The ink stains came out!!!!
David and Adam did a great job and reasonably priced. I’ll be giving them a call again to tackle my tile floors! Try Carlco Cleaning, you’ll be glad you did!!

Just had my carpets cleaned by Carlco. What an amazing job they did. They also identified a mold issue and treated it with their special prevention solution. My carpets look amazing.. Thank You guys. 5 stars for me.

Dave saved the day! I needed an emergency rug cleaning. He was quick to respond and extremely thorough. His price was reasonable and he was professional and conscientious. I highly recommend him!!

I had my grout lines cleaned, and they literally lightened up 4 shades. They also cleaned my carpets, and did a great job at a very reasonable cost with no hidden or unexpected fees. I certainly will use them again!

Just had my carpets done yesterday 11/15/23. The cleaners went above and beyond to clean all stains in my carpet. The carpets came out beautifully!! I'll be calling them back again.

David does an amazing job! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to give him a call for any carpet cleaning! He does the job perfectly the first time around and very reasonable with his pricing. Thanks again david! I will definitely be calling again!

Dave went above and beyond today. Enough to compel me to write this review. It started with with his advice prior to coming out to the house. He showed up on time and explained what to expect. He not only took the smell and stains out of my couch, he also gave me hands on advice about my windows and also steamed cleaned my area rug underneath the couch he cleaned. I highly recommend Dave and his company.

Great experience. Professional, hard working. Great pricing.

He was on time, did an excellent job and the price was very fair.

Mike did a wonderful job cleaning 4 rooms, plus hallway and stairs, carpet looks brand new!!! He is the best!!! Wouldn’t think of having anyone else.

Right from the beginning Mike and his brother were cordial and responsive to my needs. I had the same guy for years but he since retired, just happen to google someone in my area. I found this local company and I couldn't be happier. Exceptional job with reasonable prices, would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mike, he is extremely fair in his pricing, very prompt, spent a lot of time doing a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. I wouldn’t hesitate using him again.

Mike was great to work with, was able to get right out to the house to help with the paint stain on the rug. Carpet looks so great that I thanked my daughter for dropping the paints on the rug, prompting me to call Mike!

We have had our rugs cleaned several times prior to Mike cleaning our rugs and can say not only did he do a remarkable job, but he removed stains that we thought were sun faded areas, but were stains not removed by prior cleaning services! Also most reasonable and on time to boot. Can not recommend him enough!

I called Mike after a major paint spill on my carpet. He came out the very next morning. The carpet looks great, he spent a lot of time on it, and his price was VERY reasonable. Would highly recommend Mike Silvia's Carpet Cleaning.
