This is the first time I have used a cleaning service, and I am impressed. I did a deep cleaning. Commutation with Karol was easy with quick replies. Both Karol and her crew were on time for appointments. My house has never looked better. I am amazed how they got all the nooks and crannies. My appliances shine (no finger prints or smudges)and all the grease is gone. As much as I love the nose prints on my windows, it's nice to have windows I can see out, even my screens are clean. I have not seen a dog hair anywhere. (i watch my daughters golden and I have a lab)Only if that could last!!!!

Just WOW! They did such an amazing job, our house has literally never been so spotless, not even when we first moved in. Their attention to detail is just above and beyond. Everything was handled with such care, we cannot recommend them enough. Scheduling was so easy and the amount of communication was awesome!

We started using Karols Cleaning service a number of months ago and are very happy. The cleaning is great. They’re incredibly nice, communicative and very responsive when you reach out. They are also very helpful. While we have a standard service, we’ve reached out once or twice to ask they focus on something specific or an area we may not usually have done and they are always flexible to work with us. Lastly, the team really owns their work. The floor cleaner we had purchased wasn’t as streak free as advertised (our fault) and it really showed on the bathroom floors. After they left I messaged Karol to give her a heads up and she offered for them to immediately come back out and redo it - while we did accept such a nice offer, it speaks to their work ethic. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Karol’s Cleaning. From the very beginning, scheduling and communication with Karol were excellent—clear, responsive, and easy, which made the whole process stress-free.

The team arrived right on time, and I immediately knew it was them because of the clearly branded car, which I really appreciated. There were two cleaners, and they both did an outstanding job.

They paid close attention to detail and were extremely thorough. My home felt truly clean, not rushed or superficial. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches—my towels and even the toilet paper were folded into cute shapes, which just shows the extra level of care they put into everything.

Overall, the professionalism, quality of work, and personal touches really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Karol’s Cleaning and will definitely be using them again.

company has no respect

Awful! If you want to be just a number then this is the company for you. The customer service is an answering machine. You never get a live person and good luck hoping they call you back. The work starts out strong and declines quickly. They do the bare minimum but charge premium prices. Also, when the make a mistake or damage something they don’t let you know and deny responsibility. It’s really disappointing!

Professional from start to finish. The finished product is fantastic. Attention to detail makes the difference.

LCM Plus installed a patio and fence in my back yard and curbing in my front area. The men worked tirelessly every day and got the job done quickly. I’m very happy with how everything turned out.

Joe and his team do a great job on our property and they are attentive and responsive. Elaina, in the office, is very helpful in coordinating the work to accommodate our schedule.
