Today Karol’s crew came back to my home for cleaning. I had to stop using their services during the pandemic because I was being extra cautious since my mom who was 80 lived with me. Due to the recent loss of my mom and the addition of a new puppy, my house was in serious neglect. Today these ladies worked so very hard and long today to bring my home back to life. My home is literally sparkling!! I almost feel like I’m in a different house!! I am so grateful for their tireless hard work. Karol is amazing too! We just switched our cleaning service to Karol's and they just completed the initial deep clean! All I can say is wow! They came at the scheduled time, the house has never been cleaner. Love the "small touches" with the blankets etc. I highly recommend this cleaning company and can't wait for them to come back again! Today, both team members were new to cleaning my apartment home. Both were very pleasant. I showed them where the cleaning supplies like mops/buckets were - other cleaning supplies were out on the counter ready for them. I returned about 45-50 minutes later. Both were working, finishing up. A while after they left, I walked through my apartment home and was very pleased with how they cleaned it. Although it was their first time here, everything was properly cleaned. My apartment home has a very fresh, clean smell to it.

I can't say enough good things about Karol and her team of cleaners. They are all very friendly and do an amazingly thorough job. We have them come once a month to do a standard house cleaning, and usually 2-3 team members will come and spend at least 2 hours here. It's definitely worth the monthly fee and we gladly tip them individually on top of the fee given the tremendous job they do each month. Thanks Karol and team!!

We have been using Karol's for several years now. They always do a great job and are always very nice and friendly. If there are any problems, they are very responsive and make sure to make it right. More importantly, the dog and cats like them too.

We had our first deep clean today and the cleaners did an amazing job! Everything looks and smells so clean, and I love the extra touches with blankets, towels, and bath tissue. Karol was communicative and helped us come up with a cleaning plan that suits our needs. I also really appreciate the text message updates. Great communication and service overall.

They initially offered the service for $230 and then four cleans later told me that to continue cleaning the space I would have to pay $300. I did not ask to change the cleaning criteria, I did not ask for them for more involved services, and I always let them know I was satisfied with the service. If you’re going to use them, I would make sure your rate is locked in or ask for a written contract. I have never come across this before.

I had a wonderful experience with the Team at Karol's Cleaning. They did an amazing job and they even placed my daughters stuffies on her bed so it looked like one was reading a book to the rest. It was adorable!

We started with a deep cleaning with Karol's after moving into our new home, that was less than "broom clean" at closing. We were so pleased with the results that we didn't hesitate to set up monthly recurring cleaning services. We love the impetus to declutter the house each month before the cleaners come, and the house always looks, feels and smells so fresh and clean after the team comes through.

A team from Karol's Cleaning Services came to my house for the first cleaning this week and I was beyond satisfied with their work! Everything looked great - my wooden floors were squeaky clean, the shower faucet shined like a mirror, and they even cleaned the side windows on the OUTSIDE of my front door! The kitchen and bath towels were folded in a special way and they made a rose out of the toilet paper end making me feel like I was at a "faancy" hotel. Karol's service is very professional - insured and bonded - which not many housecleaners can say. They text you when they are on their way and when they are done. Payment is done electronically so the team doesn't have to worry about collecting it from the home owner. The team of 2 was very pleasant and nice. I can't wait for them to return in 2 weeks! If you are looking for a cleaning service I can't recommend Karol's enough!

This was our first time using Karol's cleaning service, and we will definitely continue using them in the future! They were incredibly friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our office area.
