Reviews of local pros in North Reading, Massachusetts

Lawn care was very good. Sometimes unfortunate wet weather led to parts of the lawn being chewed up by mower tires. Leaf blowing was great and timing was perfect. Overall, very satisfied. Looking forward to winter plowing.

Edwin and his team from Essential Landscapes did a great spring cleanup. We have been with Tim and Essential from the beginning and are very happy with the service.

Reynaldo and his team did another great job with the first spring clean up. Always pleased with their work. They even check to make sure our fence gates are closed because we have pets. Very professional team. Highly recommend.

We've been Essential customers for 6 years now and have never been disappointed! They take great care of our lawn, did fantastic work making over our front yard last summer, and now take great care of our mulch beds and planters as well!

Staff are very professional and personable. The office staff are also wonderful! They do a fabulous job each and every time exactly how we like our lawn to look.

Edwin and the team did an awesome job! We are new customers and they did a great spring cleanup, have been super consistent with mowing, and most recently weeded all of our beds and laid new mulch. Everything looks amazing!

This is my first-time time using Essential Landscapes. They came today for my Spring clean up. I was extremely impressed with Reynaldo and his crew. They were very courteous, friendly, and professional. The yard looks fantastic. I am looking forward to working with them and would highly recommend.

Tim and his team have been our landscaping go to for everything the past 3 years in North Reading. Great communication, quality service at a fair price! They did great with snow plowing this year as well for the few storms we had. Highly recommended!!! - Mike R

Essential has been a big part of making my lawn look fantastic! My biggest concern when I haired them was communication, as my past landscapers were not good at that. Tim assured me I could reach out to him at any time and four years later that still hold true. Highly recommend Essential Landscapes.

Essential Landscapes has taken care of my yard for several years, including weekly mowing, spring/fall cleanup, tree/perennial planting, pruning, etc. Any time I’ve had a question the owner Tim has always been very responsive. Edwin and his team did a great job with the recent spring cleanup! I asked a question about a previous planting and right away Chris drove over to show me in person. Awesome customer service and highly recommend!

We switched to Essential Landscapes this year from a previous company, and we’ve been very pleased with the results. We appreciate that the owner Tim has made himself available on multiple occasions to walk our yard and discuss the work that we want done.

The guys that did my spring clean up did a fantastic job! And my mulch isn't here yet! It looks so great!! I always use Essentials!!

Essential Landscapes has always done a wonderful job for us. When we moved into our current home, the yard needed an enormous amount of work. Tim and helped us revolutionize our outdoor space to make it welcoming, useable, and beautiful. Tim has a great mind for plants, with knowledge of what is already going on in your yard and recommendations for what would do well. Essential Landscapes helped us realize our vision in a touch outdoor space and we couldn't be happier. As new projects come up, they've installed retaining walls, sprinkler systems, new pathways and more. Hire them. You'll be glad you did.

Edwin and his team did an excellent job giving our landscape a mid-summer refresh. Weeded, re-edged all the beds, and pruned our property and it looks terrific. Essential always gives us great service and we love their crew.
