Scheduling with Castle was a breeze. I called on a Friday for a non-urgent issue with a ceiling fan, they had me booked for an appointment for troubleshooting on the following Thursday. Jessica, the electrician who came out, was great - friendly, knowledgeable, open about what she was doing around the house and why. She was able to diagnose the problem to the wall switch after some investigation, and ordered a replacement part. We are currently still waiting on the final install.

Price feels a little high, but the flip side is that Castle is responsive and offers quality service.

Jess at Castle Electric was so helpful, friendly and professional, and patient with my many questions. She was thorough in explaining what she was doing or recommending, and I learned some things about my house that I didn’t know!

August 2025 update - had Castle back out for a much larger project. Brian and Mark spent two days here installing ceiling lights, updating old exterior lights and outlets, and a few other odds and ends. They were always on time, very courteous, checked in appropriately to make sure we were aware of what steps they were taking or seek or input on how we wanted something done. Will certainly contact Castle again the next time we have a project!

Everything from the initial booking process to the work performed was seamless and professional. The techs did a nice job and quickly completed all of the work. 10/10 recommend and will use them again.

I was extremely pleased with Castle electric, especially Jess the electrician. They were extremely informative and prompt with their service even though they were running a little behind they kept me notified and when Jess got here, she did a fantastic job, clean, professional, and knowledgeable.

I called on a Saturday morning to request an electrician and the woman listed is as an "emergency" and said I should expect a call later in the afternoon once a job is finished. It's now Tuesday afternoon and I never heard anything back. I had to call another electrician to come and do the job in the meantime

ETA - since I can't respond to the "response from the owner" below - the owner is lying. I did not call during after hours. I called at 11:19am and spoke to a live woman, who said my request would be labeled as "emergency" so I would get a call back today. I never received a call back from anyone, including your false claim that someone named Mike had tried to reach out. There was also no wind storm the entire weekend that I called. Why are you making up stories? The fact that you're lying and making up stuff, instead of owning your communication issues is a big RED FLAG.

This company is fantastic. I'm new to the area and didn't know who to call. Luckily I called and they came out right away as they were in the area. Very professional! Confirmed that the problem was really my Bosch appliance, not an electrical issue like the appliance salesman was trying to blame!!! Saved me a lot of money! Great company!!!

Jessica was great assessing the issues we needed to address. Brian and crew were awesome completing the job. Everything went as planned and was completed on a very quick timeline. Great response to our call. All aspects of our experience were great. Would highly recommend and will definitely use for our future needs.

Jessica was a consummate professional and very fun to work with. Besides installing a new ceiling fan, she also took the time to review our house’s electrical system and give estimates for upgrades should we ever want to do that.

Castle Electric installed an EV-charger, updated my electric panel (200Amp) and did some upgrades to the kitchen. From start to finish these guys are fantastic to work with. They take their time understanding the scope of work, answering questions and worked with me to perfectly execute my needs. On the installation side, the electricians (Steve & Cole) worked very clean, communicated well and did a great job on the install. One outlet in the kitchen was overlooked but they came back the next day to fix the issue. I can highly recommend Castle Electric!

I had a great team show up after I contacted Castle. Matt was very professional and explained the entire process using an awesome software that Josiah was right there helping explain any questions. They both outlined long term improvements and sent me detailed information fir future reference. They solved my immediate multiple outlet power issues at a reasonable price. I am a happy customer and would not hesitate to use Castle Electric in the future.

We needed an upgrade to our apartment's panel and the electrician who came out to do the estimate was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what we needed to know. The owner of Castle himself came out to take a look when there was some question about meeting regulations. When the town inspector said we can't do the upgrade until the building meets town specifications, Castle gave back our deposit right away. Super-professional and trustworthy service!

Castle was great! They were immediately responsive, and an electrician (my first female electrician- awesome!) was at my house in a few days. Jessica quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and made some recommendations re non-urgent improvements I might want to consider making at some point in the future. Highly recommend!

Great experience from the beginning to the end. Need service upgrade to 200amp and EVSE installed. Jack came out on time to give us an assessment and the estimate. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell anything we don’t need. When I accepted the estimate online their office called me promptly to schedule the service. Michael the lead electrician arrived on time, and finished the work in two days. They weren’t trying to rush. They were great with my dog (shut the door behind them etc.). They are professional and explained everything to us. They were also able to add a last minute change order (asked them to install an outdoor outlet). Great experience overall!
