Recently had an ev charger installed in our house. The process could not have been easier. The estimate was very straightforward and informative and the work was done exactly as described. Every person we interacted with was friendly and polite and always wanting to help.

Matt was very professional and personable. He welcomed me to walk around my house with him as he inspected and explained what needed to be upgraded as well as all the good wiring I had. Mark took the time to answer my questions which left me feeling safe. I highly recommended Castle Electric.

I had to rewire thermostats for an old house to a boiler and Castle providing excellent service as well as warranty for their work. They came out multiple times without charge when I thought something was wrong and the president took his time to come out and provide his insight on the old system.

Castle sent Jessica out to find why I lost power to my garage. She explained exactly what she would be doing throughout the process in order to fix the problem. It turned out the problem was coming from the main panel. She went over several options of repair and laid out their cost. Overall, an excellent job and Jessica was great. The ownership of Castle has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer relations their office kept me up-to-date from the time I made the appointment to the time, Jessica arrived at my home.

We had a very smooth experience. The electrician was able to diagnose the problem, repair it, and install our chandelier quickly and painlessly. Jessica also helped us understand the issue clearly. We would definitely use Castle Electric again.

I live in an old building and it turns out I needed more work done than I originally thought. Jessica and the owner of the company , who is also very nice,came out to go over the details with me.
I also like that the company is very responsive and organized. They have an office with people answering the phone during business hours. They also send you an email to let you know when your technician is on the way, with a like so you can track them like you can with an Uber driver.
I would recommend this company to anybody.

Castle electric rewired the upstairs floor of my single-family home. The overall experience was outstanding, very high-quality work with highly skilled electricians at a fair price. To begin, Josiah did an excellent job of explaining to me what needed to be done, how it was going to be done and what it was going to cost. Then castle electric sent over Brian and Mark, these are two highly skilled electricians, you can see how they work with great attention to detail. Everything was done very carefully and very well, and they were a pleasure to deal with. They worked closely with me and kept me informed of what they were doing, making sure convenience outlets and other lighting fixtures were positioned the way I wanted them to be positioned. They routed the wiring in a way which minimized the drilling of holes in headers, beams and joists. As I think about it, I do not believe they drilled any holes in any beams or joists. They found ways to reuse existing holes and to take alternate paths. They thoroughly tested all circuits and finally, they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job is done. The job was completed on schedule without any scope changes or increases in cost. I rarely if ever see this level of quality and attention to detail from any contractor. Castle electric did a five star job. I plan to use them again, and feel very comfortable endorsing them to the general homeowner community.

We called when the plumber determined our hot water outage was and electrical issue; the office support was kind and helpful. Got us scheduled for a few days out and called back for an earlier appointment when one opened up. Chris came out to repair the ancient breaker for our hot water heater (picture the switch to bring Frankenstein's monster to life) and was able to get us up and running with a temp fix that day. His colleagues, Steve and Cole, came out two weeks later for a permanent fix including a bigger electrical box to replace our old and overloaded one, a new meter, and fixing some creative external wire work that I did in 2020 (don't look at me like that, it was the pandemic). All three were incredibly kind, happy to explain what they were doing and why, and clearly very skilled in their work. The installation manager, Mike, came by half way through the job to check in, great support and attention to detail (and, Mike, I mentioned 'em by name so you owe the guys their icecream 😊). Price point was good for the amount of work we had done- the dollar signs rack up quickly with electric work but we didn't have to sell a single organ to cover it. Will absolutely reach out to Castle for future work, thank you all!

Very professional. Very friendly. Very courteous. And very patient, willing to explain things, etc. One person came to assess the situation, then the team to do the actual work came later. They finished quickly because our house was relatively easy to feed wires from the circuit breaker box to where they needed to go.

They were professional and friendly and cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they did. The original quote was three quotes and we effortlessly picked the one we wanted, and that information was perfectly communicated to the team that did the installation.

This company has so many positive reviews for good reason. We had them do some assorted work in our house this year and they made the entire process so easy. From the detailed quotes, all the way to completing the work. Pricing was fair and competitive with quotes from other companies. Everything was done cleanly and efficiently, and to top it all off, everyone we met from Castle was just pleasant to talk to and work with. We will absolutely be using Castle again for any electrical work we need in the future!

From start to finish I had a great experience with Castle Electric. Josiah and the owner Jim both came out to fully scope the project and were transparent about the scope of the project and price. Brian and his crew were excepeptional and tasked with doing a full rewie and installing a new panel. Brian was efficient, had a positive atitude, and answered numerous questions I had throughout the project and even after the work was completed. He took the time to review the status of the project daily with me. The entire team at Castle navigated difficult city parking and still managed to get here every morning on time to complete the work through inspection. The office staff was also easy to work with and made scheduling easy. This project was a major headache and the team at Castle was truly wonderful. So happy I chose Castle for this project. For anyone that is wondering who they should hire for an electrical project, I would highly recommend working with Castle!

Chris was fantastic: friendly, thorough, professional. The company does require the electricians to evaluate the electrical condition of your home, but I appreciate that there was no hard upsell. While he did provide estimates for electrical projects I have/need in the near future, he addressed my immediate concern without pressure to do more right now. I look forward to working with Castle again.
