Phenomenal company, from office manager Maria to high quality technicians, I would have leave them another 5 stars to bring the total to 10 if I could, they came all the way to Lunenburg way outside their geographical radius to wire up our new Generac generator who local electricians did not have needed expertise to do the job. Awesome pricing with quality material that they use. I am only hopping they would accept my service upgrade job as well considering how busy they currently are.

From our first phone call to the final installation of our Generic Generator we could not be more pleased with TSD Electric. This is more than a 5 STAR company. TSD electric should be a company that one should try to measure up to. Their standards of both high quality of work and superior customer service goes above and beyond. While we had had a number of internet issues that we could not seem to "get right" by our internet provider, TSD came in and figured our issues out within minutes. I would recommend them first and foremost. Outstanding!!

TSD was great to work with. They were professional, timely, and very friendly. They upgraded our panel and hooked up an A/C condenser. Will definitely use them again.

I had a problem with my stand-by generator and everyone I called was either way too busy or not accepting new customers. Generac hooked me up with TSD Electric and they came out to my house more than once trying to get me up and running at no charge. Estimated repair costs were starting to cross that line where buying/upgrading was more cost effective but no one I called had anything in stock and the wait time was mid January just to get one. Not even Generac could do better timewise. Here is where TSD ELECTRIC got their 5 stars ! They had a new model in stock and they DELIVERED AND INSTALLED it within twenty-four hours. Quality work, competitive pricing, and responsive Thats pretty much unheard of these days and I'll sleep better knowing that my lights wont go out for more than a flicker.

A great company all the way through. The owner came to go over the work I wished to have done, he wrote me a well-priced estimate within a few days. The team he sent to complete the work was fast but diligent and cleaned everything up (better than it looked prior)

All went very well with my 16 KW Generac installation. Yannie (Owner) is a tenacious salesman and a man of his word. After negotiating a deal, everything except the weather went like clockwork. His crew did great job on the mechanical, gas plumbing and electrical installation. I was especially impressed with the rewiring of the of the main electrical panel which turned out to be as neat as a pin and far better than it was when they started. A few weeks following the install I received a call from TSD saying they wanted to schedule a time come back as the Internet connection was not working properly. This functionality reports the generator status to TSD on a continuing basis. As I had no knowledge of this, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Yanni's promise of proactive maintenance was spot on. I highly recommend TSD as a terrific company to do business with.

TSD installed a 22kw Generac generator on our Watertown property.
Their installation, including the electricians and plumbers, went just as promised. The installers worked efficiently, finished right on time, were polite, respectful of our home, cleaned up very nicely and installed just as promised.
The owner came by shortly after installation, went over all aspects of the generator operation, connected us to his monitoring system and demonstrated how the generator will work in the event of a power failure.
TSD's quoted price was significantly less than the other estimate we arranged for and there were no surprises or unexpected "extras".

I had an issue with my generator, so I called the company that installed it, and they quoted me $1000 to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion so I reached out to TSD and they were amazing! They correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot, it turns out the issue was far more manageable and the cost way, way less. I will only use TSD for generator services going forward.

TSD installed an 18Kw Generac backup up generator at our home in Brookline, and we’re very glad we hired them. The town of Brookline made it very difficult, taking forever to approve the location, but Yanni and Maria persisted and finally got it done. TSD electric installed a full house generator for us and did an excellent job. Their whole team was very professional and easy to work with. The day the generator was installed it was pouring rain and they still completed the installation in one day and did an impecable job! TSD electric installed a generator for our house on 11/07/18. They are excellent company, friendly, easy to work with and very professional. From the very first contact, TSD Electric has been exemplary. They quickly set up an appointment for a meeting at my home and sent a very knowledgeable representative. He took time to explain to me what we needed and how it would work. He also let me know what was not needed which saved me some money.
