Davco has been my go-to for over 20 years.

Davco took time to repair my AC unit during the peak heat of the summer and fit my emergency into their busy schedule. The diagnostic and repair was quick and fairly priced. This type of service has secured my business with them and I am now working with Davco to spec out HVAC for a new home addition. If you are looking for detailed HVAC work done by a smart and conscientious team then look no further than Davco.

I’ve been using Davco for about five years. They typically install 3-4 complete HVAC systems per year in our projects. They are very professional and always stand behind their work. The very few times problems arose, they quickly handled them and never had a call back after. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Eric and his crew installed a new central Carrier A/C system for me over the summer. I'm fairly technical and a DIYer but Eric taught me a lot about how the A/C would work with my existing Carrier Infinity furnance, e.g., a 2-stage system might not work as expected with it. So I decided to go with the 1-stage and am very happy with it.

DAVCO set itself apart from other contractors I've worked with by the quality of the install, e.g., they used a new solid platform for the condenser and it is perfectly parallel with the house. Their measurements and recordings of the A/C output after the install were a nice touch as well.

I highly recommend DAVCO and will continue to use them for all my HVAC servicing needs.

My Dad used Davco for furnace maintenance for years; and, also had Davco install a new gas furnace in 2004. After moving back to the property in 2010, I continued to use Davco for furnace maintenance until the property was sold in early 2020. In addition, Davco installed a new Carrier Air Conditioning system in July 2019 which was located in the attic of a ranch style home with a crawl space attic being 80 degrees outside and much hotter in the attic. An extremely professional job from start to finish and I was impressed. I have since moved outside of their service area which is the only reason I am not using Davco now. Why I am telling you this is important. Davco is a family business. Phone contact is easy for questions and follow-up. I even have the owner’s cell phone number to call or text! Everyone on the team is GREAT from Eric and his brother, who are the owners, to every other member of the team on the road and in the office. Everyone is courteous and professional. I feel everyone works with the customer to achieve the best outcome. I believe they are competitive in their pricing and very accurate in diagnosing a problem. Whatever work is performed…..the work thorough, complete and reasonably priced. As a customer, you can not do better than the Davco Team!!

Our heat went out this winter. Eric came out in a snow storm and replaced our furnace. He laid out all our options and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. Very honest and dependable!

Our furnace/AC unit was at the end of it’s lifespan, and Eric and team made every effort to keep it going. However, because of its age, the best option was to replace the unit. Because of their previous excellent maintenance service and quality work, we had Davco do the installation. They were extremely timely, thorough, courteous, and complete. They pride themselves in personalized care and quality service and made every effort to meet and exceed our expectations. The result was a highly efficient, clean, and professional installation, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We also would be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge the courteous, professional, and responsiveness communications that Katie provided via telephone and email. Based on this overall experience, we will continue to use Davco for regular serving and other heating/AC needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

1/19/26 - I would like to update my review for Davco. They have been to my house now a total of three separate times for different problems. They are always very professional, trustworthy and friendly. I called because my floor was flooded. Ken came quickly and he fixed the problem. I was very grateful for such fast service. I had another problem and again I received timely service. I cannot recommend them enough for their dependability, expertise and fair prices. They are a company that you can count on to be there for you when you need them.

My heat was not working, I called Davco and got same day service. Ken came down on time and was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and everything has been good since. I would definitely recommend Davco as a company and Ken as a serviceman. It was nice to deal with an honest company.

Kenny and his team did a great job from beginning to end. They were prompt, friendly, and informative. Our new furnace was installed on time and no mess. And when my thermostat installation was more complicated than expected, Kenny stuck with it until he solved the problem. Our furnace is so quiet and efficient now!

Have used Davco to service my heating and AC for years. Always available in emergencies when needed. My heating system was on its last legs and they were able to keep it operational until the new system was delivered. They did a great job installing the new system, had the heat running the same day. Fantastic work, highly recommend.

Eric is extremely knowledgable, trusted, patient, and professional; he spent time explaining everything which helped me to make the right decision and investment in my home. Our recent experience with Eric David from Davco air conditioning & heating was top notch. His expertise and level of service was outstanding. No question was left unanswered and we felt very comfortable with the product and service he supplied. He and his team were punctual, efficient, respectful and cleaned up before they left so the house was back to normal. Eric took the time to sit down and answer all questions and share his knowledge of whole house air conditioning. He also did a check of the whole system prior to leaving. We highly recommend Davco for any of their services.

We have been using Davco for a few years and have been very happy with them. Last night our heat went out and we didn’t realize until early morning when the house was freezing, during this deep freeze. My wife called them this morning and they were able to come out almost immediately. The technician was friendly knowledgeable and able to get our furnace up and running quickly. Great company and came through for us big today.

Davco installed and has maintained our furnace and air conditioning equipment for the past 6 years. They are very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. During a recent problem we had to use a different company. After 3 visits, and assurances, the problem remained. Eric, from Davco, diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. He took the time to explain the issue and the solution. One visit and done! We highly recommend them.

Great company, local and willing to work to keep customers on board. This will be my 3rd winter as their prices and delivery service are competitive and trustworthy.

Hired this company after finding them online when my wife let our home run out of oil. I called them and actually spoke to the owner of the company, which happened few and far between amongst all the companies I contacted. They sent a truck out that same night and got us up and running again! I've been using them ever since and I can't say enough about how refreshing there customer service is!
