There are not enough rating stars for Jack and his crew. They are definitely a 10! Our 24 year-old deck was rotting away and too dangerous to walk on. Jack came to scope out the job within 2 hours of my call to his office. His quotes were very specific as to what would be done, and half the cost quoted by another contractor. Jack's crew takes great pride in their work, and watching them work with such care to detail was impressive. The result is a solidly built and reinforced deck that we can now enjoy. We highly recommend Jack General Services for your next project.

I began working with Jack's on several properties in Worcester. I originally called them on very short notice when I need snow cleanup, after a large storm. They were able to come that day, and ever since they have provided quality landscaping at a very reasonable rate.

We hired Jack to rebuilt our deck and scrap/sand/paint our front porch and they did and excellent job on both. The crew came when they said they would and worked 9-10 hours a day and then spent 45 minutes each day to ensure the worksite was clean and organized. Jack was always available for questions and stopped by several times to ensure all was going well. We highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Jack General Services Inc. refurbished a backyard shed for us. The shed was over 40 years old and had a great deal of rot from water exposure as well as holes which had been chewed through by rodents. These talented carpenters jacked up and supported the structure with concrete blocks, rebuilt the joists beneath the floor, replaced the sand and bricks which made up the original underlayment with gravel which will provide far better drainage, replaced the interior plywood floor, and completely replaced the back wall of the shed. They left our backyard surrounding the structure cleaner than they found it when they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to those looking for the highest quality workmanship at a reasonable competitive price. I am attaching before and after photos to this submission. My third time hiring Jack General Services to do a job inside my home was just as positive as the prior two. This job was stair tread and stringer replacement and repair and refinishing of posts, handrails, and balusters. The end result is wonderful! Once again Jack General Services did a phenomenal job of seamlessly integrating old with new, and once again I highly recommend their services!

They did terrible jobs. They had to redo my wood floor 3 times and it’s still no good. They did my drainage system under the deck. After several times fixing it still leaks. They hire cheap sub contractors to do the work. I regret to hire them. They don’t care about what they do they just want to get your money. Do not hire them.

I had a 29 year old kitchen drawer that would no longer work. I was worried who could I get to do a seemingly small and actually very difficult carpentry job like this. But then I came across Jack General Services on the web. I called them and they were so easy and responsive to work with. They gave me a very fair quote and scheduled a date and came out when they said they would and fixed it within an hour. Junior and Juan came out and were professional and very knowledgeable. I now feel I have found a great company that I can trust and team of professionals to take care of my future house projects going forward. Beautiful and great quality work. They came out and gave me an estimate to open up a portion of a load bearing wall that I have been wanting forever but was so afraid of what it might cost. They were very professional and very affordable! They were extremely quick with scheduling and finishing the project! Now I have a beautiful cutout that opens up my entire kitchen! Absolutely amazing work!

Terrible, they’ve been doing “foundation” work for going on 3 months. Show up 1-2 days a week, EVERY OTHER WEEK (they do not work consistently through the week). I have fallen twice now seeking medical help. Entire house is now molding due to foundation not completed (on top of it raining now!!). My son’s toys and our belongings outside ruined. So much more, lawyer is being contacted and it’s a shame how unprofessional not only the contractor, but the workers as well are. I HAD TO COMPLAIN AFTER FALLING just to get this which is starting to sink into the ground. They created a sink hole around front of our house and they should be ashamed of themselves. Pictures below as followed. FIRST SET OF PHOTOS ARE BEFORE I CALLED, FELL AND THEN PHOTOS WITH CAUTION TAPE WAS THERE RESPOND TO THAT PHONE CALL.

I have time date stamps for all my photos if they try saying I took the pictures right before the tape was up. It took days and then that was the response to when I first fell.

They did our duct work, installed a kitchen hood, took the old giant microwave that was there, and did our new bathroom fan through our roof and took the old one, all in about 6 hours. They showed up, were early, did the job well, and professionally. They kept things clean and procured every part seamlessly with only one visit to check out the job before. They even painted my kitchen and bathroom to give it that last finish! Looking for a contractor? Hire Jack!

This is the second time that I used Restco to pressure wash my home over the last several years. Even so I got another quote first for peace of mind. Restco washed my roof, house and deck for 1/3 less that my bargain quote. They showed up when they promised, brought all the right equipment, including great pressure washers and a boom lift, and did a great job. You cannot go wrong with Tim and the gang at Restco.

Restco did an amazing job with our steeple restoration, from assessing the project with a drone that got up-close pictures of damage, to carefully repairing rotted areas, to the beautiful paint job and power washing. They even fixed a leak that we'd been trying to diagnose for years! Thank you for making our church beautiful again!
