Constraction reviews in Oxford, Massachusetts

Rocco gave my sellers a very knowledgeable home inspection on all the areas that were inspected and what may need to be possibly checked out by a professional as well as all the items that appear to be done and in good condition. Seller appreciated this report with having knowledge on property prior to putting it on the market. Rocco was very professional and did a great job!

What an absolute legend! Perfect in every way. Lovely, knowledgeable, thorough, and understanding. My report was generated in under an hour after our two hour visit (two hours for a single 830sq ft condo, that's brilliant).

Rocco is amazing, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again when we move on.

Cheers!

As a Realtor, I am always looking for various professionals to whom I can trust to help my clients. Rocco went above and beyond to help calm my first time buyer. Rocco was on time, which to me is an admirable quality, he took the time to explain everything to my buyer and he sent his report quickly! I will recommend him to other clients in the future.

Rocco was very professional, courteous and very detailed with his inspection. He exposed a couple issues that I need to address and explained WHY they could be potential problems in the future. Anytime you have someone walking throughout your house, you want to trust and feel comfortable with that person. I would highly recommend RVM for your home inspection.

Rocco had done a detailed home inspection for me. While being a home owner, having such an inspection is not usually even considered. I am glad that I did!
It was encouraging to hear of the many things that were within code and working well. However, it was eye-opening for a few items which will require my attention. He helped me prioritize them by degree of urgency. Most of the urgent issues were electrical. I would rather deal with these matters now versus deal with a fire and its aftermath. Rocco was that thorough!
I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, attention to detail and safety and his teaching me along the way.
Thank you!

Had the complete inspection done with Rocco. He is very thorough on what to look out for and has good knowledge and expertise. Being a first time home owner myself I learned a lot of things about the house. I definitely recommend contacting Rocco for any home inspections you need.

Rocco was fantastic, Attention to detail and took the time to educate on various parts of the inspection process. He highlighted some issues and provided context around each which was very helpful. I would recommend his service to anyone.

I recently had a home inspection performed by Rocco Micciche at RVM Inspections. First off, right out of the gate, Rocco was very flexible with his scheduling. He made sure he was available at the best time that suited my schedule and as someone who works a lot of hours, that was really helpful. More importantly, Rocco was very detailed throughout the inspection and communicated to me in terms I could understand especially when he noticed items that needed my attention.

He didn't just focus on problem areas though, he also pointed out everything that looked good which helped put me at ease and feel good about the home. And when I had questions, he had answers. I wasn't surprised when Rocco found a few items that needed to be addressed either. He left no stone unturned. If you need a home inspection, I highly recommend Rocco Micciche and RVM Inspections.

Rocco was a very attentive professional during the entire process of the home inspection. He explained everything thoroughly and was quick to send us a very detailed description of the property. I would highly recommend his service.

Rocco arrived promptly at our scheduled time and was fully prepared for our inspection. He gave a brief overview of what he planned to cover as I have never had a full home inspection before. He was very informative and answered all our questions as we went through our home. He gave us great insight to things that need attention for a future sale of our house. I would recommend RVM to anyone looking for a detailed home inspection. Thank you Rocco!

Rocco was amazing a thorough. He was very informative. He took time to listen to us and answered all of our questions. He dug around everywhere and left no stone unturned. We highly recommend him for any home inspection. Thanks Rocco.

Rocco was professional and very accommodating to our needs from our first conversation. We had to reschedule the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances and he was able to reschedule without any push back or charge. The inspection was thorough and Rocco was very informative on any issues. I will highly recommend RMV to anyone needing a home inspection.

Rocco was great!! He took the time to talk with me before I even scheduled anything. He was personable, and thorough with the home inspection I had him perform. He was willing to explain everything as he went. I would certainly recommend him!

I called 2 other home inspectors Rocco is the only one who answered the phone and was able to schedule an inspection right away. He also arrived early and did a very thorough job. He was also very kind and courteous and professional. Great customer service skills. It was also only $500 for the whole inspection including radon. Highly recommend Rocco. I don't give out 5 stars often because I am very critical and after working in customer service myself I know how customers should be treated. Rocco is your man for the job. Choose him.

Rocco was a pleasure to work with for my home inspection. He was very patient and informative and made sure i understood what he was pointing out and why. He even went beyond what was necessary for a condo inspection and pointed out some items that he did not need for the inspection report, but would also be helpful for me to know as a new home owner. His pricing was affordable and he was very efficient with time as well.

As a realtor, having a great team to work with is imperative in protecting my client's investment. Rocco is a very important part of my team, as he always does a very thorough job and always takes the time to explain every aspect of the home inspection to my clients.
I highly recommend you call Rocco to help you with your home inspection.

Working with Rocco at RVM was a great experience! He was very knowledgable and educated us on alot through our inspection. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in it. Rocco was extremely thorough and gave detailed descriptions on any issues and positive things that were found. Professionally answered any questions raised via ourselves or the agents present for the inspection. Would recommend and use in any future real estate purchases. We had a great experience with Rocco. He was thorough and extremely helpful to us as first fine home buyers. He answered all of our questions and was able to make an appointment for us with two days notice on a Sunday morning. We highly recommend him!

My partner and I had Rocco do a house inspection and he did a great job at catching details! His report helps us to make an important decision! I will ask him to do a home inspection again when we find a home that we are interested in.
