TLC did an amazing job deep cleaning my home! I was recently diagnosed with a medical condition and really needed a good, sterile, deep cleaning and they went above and beyond with theirs. I am very grateful for their dedication and hard work. Will use them again and again

Used TLC for the first time yesterday for a deep clean and it was AMAZING. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house! The house was spotless and the communication was seamless. They sent me a reasonable quote the day after I inquired about them and were here the next week. 10/10 recommend. Will be setting up a bi-weekly cleaning schedule 🙂 Thank you TLC!

This is Paul Indeck. I very rarely have my apartment dusted and cleaned so I am somewhat in awe when it is looking as good as it looks today. Please thank the two women who cleaned my apartment. I am very happy with the job that they did. I'm hopeful that these cleanings can continue.

I had been considering a cleaning service for a while, and saw a recommendation for TLC. I went to the website and filled out my information on a Saturday night, and an hour and a half later I got a response. On Monday I had an estimate I was very happy with, and a week later they came to my apartment and did an amazing job. They took care of every room; cleaned and organized it all. Everything looks great.

We always have a great experience with TLC! They are easy to communicate with online, easy to schedule, which is a major plus because if I can avoid phone calls at all possible I will do so. Our cleaners were friendly, prompt, professional, followed instructions, and did a great job on our quirky old house. We'll definitely be using TLC again in the future!

Couldn't be happier with the service. Will set up regular appointments with them. Two people from the TLC Cleaning team did a standard clean in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment for the first time yesterday. They were VERY thorough with great attention to detail (they found things under or in furniture we didn't even know we had lost, lol). They got along great with our dog and were very pleasant to work with all around. 10/10 can recommend.

We hired TLC to do a deep clean of our house and we couldn't be happier with the results and how good our house smells! This was our first time hiring a cleaning service and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was easily scheduled through email and they were very responsive. The team deep a through job and even cleaned behind all of our furniture! Will be planning a regular monthly cleaning going forward. The gift of time is so precious - do yourself the favor!

Honestly no complaints. They exceed my expectations every time! They even clean things I wasn't even expecting to be cleaned (like my air fryer, that thing gets yucky)!
I also work from home, and they are good about working around me, and offering to clean my office first.

They asked for a review so here it is. We hired them to come out three times, there was no fourth time after we discovered that they threw out a bunch of my daughter's toys with the trash. Colored wood blocks, things you would never confuse for garbage. We also discovered they shattered a ceramic plate, which would be no big deal except it wasn't communicated to us and we only discovered it when my toddler found a ceramic shard and cut her palm on it. The company stopped responding after I explained what happened and asked the company to make things right. I guess they forgot who I was when asking for a review.
Two stars instead of 1 because only one cleaner did most of the work on the first day after the second had to leave, and she worked really hard to make up the difference. She deserves 5 stars but I won't give the company credit for her hard work. I wish she had been the one to visit on every occasion and maybe this wouldn't have happened.

TLC came to my house on time, respected the property, did a great job, and put everything back where it needed to be. I am very happy with their service, and I'm going to be using them regularly from now on! The central office is also very responsive and professional. They told me what to expect when the people were coming and how to address any potential issues.

I was very impressed with my first deep clean and have set up monthly cleanings going forward. It was very easy to schedule a cleaning and I especially like that they emailed the day before to confirm. The team who cleaned were friendly and very thorough. Our home looked brand new again. I enthusiastically recommend TLC Cleaning!

Sloppy with key security in several different ways - unfortunately, I would not trust this company to handle my house keys again, and we had to re-key our home after we ended service. If you have a fancy computerized lock, you probably won't have this problem!

First time using a cleaning service, and I have to say the team at TLC is great. From getting a quote, to the service itself, the team exceeded expectations and would definitely recommend to anyone in the North Shore.

TLC Cleaning is fantastic! The office is quick to respond and the team that shows up for the cleaning is very nice and does an amazing job. Everything looked brand new, I was shocked with how clean my condo was. The price is also very reasonable. I love that they offer environmentally friendly cleaning products too.

The TLC Cleaning team is great! Bianca is so responsive and communicative, so we felt really good about the process all the way from requesting a quote through scheduling our first cleaning. They were able to schedule a cleaning for us quickly thereafter, and the cleaning team did a great job! My husband found TLC cleaning co through a Google search and was impressed with their stellar reviews. I am thrilled to report they were not exaggerations!

They had incredibly clear communication leading up to the service and the day of, the two women who took such loving care of our home arrived right on time and worked efficiently throughout the morning. We booked a deep clean as we were preparing to sell our house, and I honestly had second thoughts about selling after they were done— I forgot how beautiful this house could be! In addition to doing a stellar job with cleaning, they left lovely little touches from how they folded our throw blankets, arranged our pillows, and even left the toilet paper on the rolls with little patterns. I wish I had taken photos of these perfect details.

The team completed their service the morning before we had our photos taken of the house. We were so blown away by how different the house looked that we requested another appointment the morning of our first open house knowing we could never keep it that pristine for a week. They were able to accommodate our last-minute request and once again, communication was crystal clear. For their second visit, they were right on time again.

After both visits, you would never know that we had a crazy hairy yellow lab and a seven month old baby living in this house! The rates were also incredibly reasonable in my opinion— especially considering what a disaster our house was!

Since we are preparing to move, we were still moving a few things out of the house when the cleaners arrived for both visits. They were so professional and friendly and as a lovely bonus, they were so sweet with my son!

Fortunately, we’re not moving too far away and will absolutely be using their service again! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We hired TLC to clean our home based on all of their 5-star reviews. They were able to schedule us in rather quickly which was enticing; however, on the day of our scheduled cleaning, they were set to arrive at 3:30 and didn’t enter our home until almost 4:30. I had to contact the company myself at 4pm to ask where the cleaners were. When they finally arrived, neither of the cleaners introduced themselves, so I do not know their names. The “deep clean,” was mediocre at best. They left us with streaky cabinets, a partially-cleaned shower door, and wondering if they had even cleaned the mirrors. We don’t have extremely high expectations, but we weren’t terribly impressed with the clean, especially because this was their more expensive “deep clean.” We let TLC know that this did not meet our expectations and they said they would send in other cleaners to come re-do the cleaning at no cost. This was a kind gesture, but we were unable to accept it because some things were misplaced and broken in our home during the cleaning. We let TLC know about the missing items (jewelry) and would have been more understanding if the cleaners had let us know they knocked something over, etc., but they did not tell us in our home and also denied it when asked by their supervisor. The response we received was “Unfortunately the team mentioned that they did not knock over any jewelry or jewellery boxes.” We provided them with pictures of the jewelry that was left under the bed and across the room immediately after they finished cleaning. We have yet to receive a response with a resolution to this. I cannot in good conscious recommend TLC to anyone due to their extremely delayed response time (or lack thereof) when an issue arises, their tardiness, and their lackluster cleaning. I even gave the courtesy of waiting through the weekend and until the end of the business day to post this review, but have still not received a response in regards to the missing and broken pieces in my home. Ultimately, I hired TLC to help relieve some stress, but unfortunately it has caused more, and subsequently had to hire a different company to come clean my home. If you still choose to hire them, be prepared to spend more than expected to replace the lost and broken items they will leave behind.

I can't rave enough about the cleaning service I got from TLC Cleaning Co. Getting a quote and booking the service was extremely fast and straightforward (and all online, which I appreciated!), and the results were unreal. I booked a well-needed deep cleaning of my house and the team went above and beyond with their care and attention to detail. My house has literally never been this clean before! I'll definitely be using them again.
