We were extremely satisfied with the deep cleaning that was done on our house. The team was thorough, friendly and left our house super clean and smelling fresh! I would highly recommend them.

I moved into my new home in May and promptly hired a cleaner who was recommended to me by a family member...and was disappointed. That's when I went on a search for a new cleaner and found Graziela. She was able to visit the next day to inspect my home and give me an estimate for both a deep clean and follow-up standard cleans.

Two things I noticed immediately when she arrived: 1) she was wearing a mask (I asked, but so many "forget") and 2) she took her shoes off, unprompted, when she came in. Immediately this told me that she had respect for me and my home, and it only got better from there.

Next, she asked if I had any concerns about cleaning products, and I do! I hate chemical smells and most fragrances, so I prefer unscented and natural whenever possible. She asked me to show her the type of cleaning products I use and like, and then assured me that she'd do her best not only to find products I'd be okay with, but she would also leave them with me so the cleaning team wouldn't mistakenly use something else. AMAZING. And she said if I didn't mind washing their cleaning cloths, that they could also leave those with me to make sure the cleaners didn't reuse cloths from other places that might have smells on them.

The actual cleaning was amazingly thorough. The team (all of whom were very nice) was here for five hours and they cleaned from top to bottom. I was only able to find one area they missed (easy to miss) and when I pointed it out, Graziela had her teammate go back in and fix it. The floors have never shined so brightly and the stove has never been so clean. I felt bad cooking the nice day and messing up my beautiful kitchen. When my mother came to visit she proclaimed that the place didn't even look this clean the day I moved in.

I can't recommend Graziela and her team highly enough, especially if you have any concerns about cleaning products. I'm looking forward to my monthly standard cleans going forward.

Graziela and the ladies have been cleaning my house monthly for over a year. She is very responsive when I text about scheduling the cleaning. She even came early when I have having company over. The house always looks spotless and very nicely clean. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Graziela and her team. My boyfriend and I were beyond pleased when we saw how unbelievably clean our house was - it was sparkling! Graziela took the time to explain what she would be cleaning in our house and even explained products she used - and asked if we were okay with certain products which was much appreciated. Not only was our house amazingly clean but she also organized things in our home which was so helpful. Our first cleaning was a deep clean and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our home smells amazing and looks meticulous. In regards to communication - Graziela was easy to get in touch with and was extremely helpful in scheduling. Her and her team were very kind as well and they take pride in their work which truly shows in how everything was so clean. Working full time as many know - can be exhausting to even think of taking on the task of maintaining a clean home. To have trusted people who do a fantastic job with cleaning makes a world of a difference and feels like a weight lifted off our shoulders in addition to one less thing to have to worry about. Graziela and her team do amazing work! We always come back to a spotless house and it is clear they care about what they do. Because they work in a team, they are quickly in and out. We have them every week but they are always flexible when scheduling issues come up. I highly recommend them!

Best cleaning services in Boston by far!! Graziela and her team helped me bring my apartment back to an extremely clean and tidy place. They offered extra services that allowed me to get a tailored service according to my apartment’s needs. If they are booked, I’d recommend to wait for Graziela and her team because they are absolutely incredible and will leave your place spotless!! Great value too!!

10/10 will recommend! I had them come in to do a last minute move out clean and they did such a good job it made me not want to move out! They were very accommodating of my schedule and VERY thorough in their job. The charge I would admit was a bit pricey but with the work they did, I definitely do recommend them!!!

Graziela and her team did an excellent job on my 2-bedroom apartment in Boston. I tried two cleaning services before finding her business, both with hundreds of 5 star reviews on Google. They both pale in comparison to Graziela's team. They got *all* of the soap scum out of the shower; I couldn't find a single streak. They got *all* of the high-contact points. The windows were completely streak free. All of the burn spots on the glass cooktop were completely gone. Since I requested it, they used unscented products. Graziela left the cleaning products at my apartment so teams for future appointments can use the exact same ones that I liked.

I can't emphasize enough how impressive the attention to detail was and how perfect a job they did. It seems like this level of professionalism is rare in this business and I wouldn't pass up on using their services.

The rate I was given was $40 per hour per person, and 4 people arrived for my appointment. The minimum time is 2 hours. The business services a wide area including Cambridge and Boston (other towns as well; the Yelp listing has a great service map).

Our house has never been cleaner in the 20 years we’ve lived here! I reached out to GS family cleaning and they were able to accommodate my last minute request and reached top shelves, radiator vents, and blinds that have never been touched. The whole crew was so kind and generous with their time - saying far longer than I expected or payed for - well worth it!

When we needed a deep cleaning and cleaning services I reached out to Griselda. She was kind, professional and very descriptive of her services and prices. We agreed on a date and time. Graziela and her team truly have been a gift to our family! We have had their deep cleaning service and carpet cleaning as well as their monthly cleaning service (now for 2+ years!). Her staff is so kind and flexible - so kind to interact with. They do a wonderful job in their monthly cleaning for us! The house is spotless and I even get “styling” ideas from the ways they organize bedrooms and kids toys and make everything look like a Pinterest house. Also, my kids love the roses they make with the TP and save them for weeks 🤣. There have been times when I really couldn’t pick up at all in advance (illness related) and they have always done an amazing job!

I have experience with home deep cleaning and cleaners due to growing up in my parents’ rental business. Graziela’s team is the best I have ever experienced. They are consistent (so you don’t have one great cleaning and then one “meh” cleaning). I also can’t say enough about their deep cleaning. We hired them for the first time when we moved into our new home - the previous owners had a hard time keeping the home clean and had cats… I couldn’t believe the level of cleaning we received!!!! From windows inside and out to carpets (Graziela showed me pics from how dirty the cleaning water was after 3 times with the carpet cleaner!!!) to cabinets and medicine cabinets being organized - blankets organized beautifully in bins. For days I was discovering new things they had cleaned and organized!!! If I could afford it I would purchase this kind of cleaning as a gift for anyone going through an illness or new motherhood etc… or as a housewarming.

I also would recommend to anyone who is doing short or long term rentals if you don’t want to “clean after the cleaners” - something my family has experienced plenty of times.

They are true professionals. So kind! Also a very fair price!!! Graziela is amazingly communicative via text - I can’t imagine anyone having trouble reaching her for any reason. If anything she has had trouble reaching me!! Truly Graziela and her team go above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them more highly!

Graziella is incredibly accommodating, and re-worked her schedule to fit us for a last minute deep-clean prior an event we were hosting. Graziella and her team scoured every surface, nook, and cranny of the house, and performed very thorough work with great attention to detail. The entire team was very friendly and trustworthy. I will absolutely be using their services again.
