I had a couch with 10 years of dirt on it. We had tried to clean it ourselves with a Bissell Carpet Cleaner with the upholstery attachment but it made it worse. The Clean Team came and cleaned it and said they were not sure if their services would work but I a very happy to say my couch looks great!!! I wish I had called them years ago!

The clean team is amazing! We asked them to help us and do two area rugs in a quick turn around time for an office move and Nicole made it happen in less than a week. I asked for a 7day turn around and they did it in 4. Now that’s AMAZING!!!! Thank you Clean Team ❤️

Dwayne and his tech assistant arrived on time. Dwayne examined the furniture to be cleaned and questioned the fabric. He checked with office and adjusted the cleaning method to be used. They fully disclosed all possible results and gave me options for changing cleaning methods. The results on all the furniture that was cleaned were excellent. I will be using them in the future.

They did a really excellent job cleaning the couch and two large area rugs. We’re very pleased with the results. Kudos to Nicole in the office who represents the company extremely well!

Contratei o serviço do Sr. Batista por duas vezes. Na primeira, ele precisou retornar para refazer um tapete. Já na segunda vez, o resultado foi ainda mais insatisfatório: meus tapetes ficaram manchados e as cadeiras também.

Ao entrar em contato para solicitar que ele viesse verificar o problema, fui surpreendida pela forma extremamente grosseira e mal-educada com que respondeu. Alegou que já haviam se passado 11 dias e que eu deveria ter ligado antes, quando poderia simplesmente ter se mostrado disponível para avaliar a situação e conversar.

Infelizmente, além do serviço mal executado, percebi uma completa falta de profissionalismo no atendimento pós-venda. Por isso, não recomendo os serviços do Sr. Batista.

Contratei Batistas cleaning para lavar meu sofá e fiquei extremamente satisfeita com o serviço! Desde o primeiro contato, foi muito atencioso e profissional. Chegou no horário combinado e usou produtos que deixaram o sofá limpo, cheiroso e como novo.
