Chris and his team have been great to work with, showed us how to do the basics of our indoor pool & spa maintenance since we are new to this stuff

At first I had faith because Chris seemed like he had a lot of knowledge on pools. Unfortunately I was let down. Extremely poor customer service, no communication with the customer, and all together not professional. He would have had a long term customer but due to lack of service he could not keep me as a customer. Do not use his pool service company because you will not hear from them!

PS- My pool is still green and nothing has changed!

They are amazing and super professional! They were able to get my pool in perfect condition just in time for the Fourth of July! Highly highly recommend them and will be using them again for sure!!

My friend just purchased a home with a salt water pool and knew nothing about the upkeep. I called Chris he came out immediately and serviced the pool, took care of all the issues quickly during this busy time. His prices are very fair, and she will use him for all her pool needs.

This is by far the worst company and individuals. Totally unreliable, irresponsible unprofessional and deceitful individuals (Chris, who I believe is the owner, was the one who did the job). He did not complete the opening task, improperly fitted the filter sytem, left the cone screen for caretaker which destroyed the care taker system and cost me a lot of money. They spilled the leaves and debris on the top of the pool cover into the pool making it so dirty a d required a lot of rounds of vacuuming. After promising to comeback to finish the job, they stopped answering my calls. And this happened after requesting for and receiving full payment. Their unprofessional and incomplete work is still costing me thoudands.
Simply the worst company and individuals ever, they are just in the business to make a quick buck and should never be anywhere near anyone's pool.

We’ve been struggling to find reliable pool service around. Saw the pool boys on google and sent them a message. They gave us an estimate and scheduled the service! We are very satisfied with the service, they are young responsible professionals and we will for sure use Pool Boys every year!

Great service and extremely responsive. I found them in a pinch when the first company went MIA and I’m not looking back. My last minute request are always handled with great customer service and in a timely manner. Looking forward to a smooth season next year with North Shore Pool Boys!

Chris and crew went above and beyond to service my pool pump, coming out on a Saturday, giving an honest assessment of my needs (including advising against a discretionary service), and doing an all around diligent job. Strongly recommend them for anyone with pool needs!

Chris, NSPB owner, saved the day! 5+ stars for not only being available in a minute during peak summer but also for superior customer service, professionalism and getting the job done to eliminate my stressing. I called them with very little notice asking to have my pool cleaned before my son came home from college and they made a point to make it happen! They were pleasant, knowledgeable and great at what they do!

Chris and his team replaced the liner in our 24' round above ground pool that needed to be replaced asap and he came through for us!
The guys were prompt, courteous, and did a great job at a very good price. Awesome job guys!!!👍

If you looking for a company to help get your swimming pool up and running, look no further. The North Shore Pool Boys are your best bet. My 18x32 pool had 3 seasons of debris on the bottom and I thought I was going have to drain it to get it cleaned up and ready. I saw an ad for The Pool Boys and decided to call. Chris said they could get the job done in short time and they certainly delivered. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job for a very reasonable price I won’t hesitate to call them with any pool related problems in the future.

North Shore Pool Boys get the job done! In the dead of summer when my pool pump stopped working I couldn’t get anyone to come out and replace it for weeks. Chris and his team came and replaced it no problem. Had my pool up and running in no time. Really appreciated their hard work and professionalism. Will definitely be using again!

Last year 2023, my husband set up an appointment with Chris, and they promptly came over and took care of our pool.

This year 2024, my husband scheduled another appointment again since they had done a good job the previous year. Well, they didn’t show up on the first appointment, and my husband had to call to find out what happened. Chris called him late that evening to tell us they had overbooked and couldn’t get to us, so Chris scheduled an appointment for the following day and again NO CALL, NO SHOW.

This is terrible customer service. Just don’t over promise to people and give a courtesy call so that we don’t waste a whole day waiting for someone to show up. We will NEVER use their services again.

Professional, knowledgeable with attention to detail. They have opened my father's pool which need some serious attention. Replacing the filter, re-piping what need to be done, opening the pool and being attentive to what needed to be done. Pool is looking great after a short time. Highly recommend North Shore Pool Boys!!!

Absolutely professional and excellent work ethics. Honest price quick service. Was waiting 3 months for St Cyr pool Middleton who promised to come and never showed. Then got email estimate from them for what I consider an Outrageous ridiculous price for the job. Pool Boys did the job for more than half the price and did an excellent job. So grateful I found the company. It amazes me that Budget Pool recommended them.

Don't recommend, advertised $350 for full service. They take the pool cover off and will reach the point to which the pool is usable/safe. I paid them early, and I didn't become a priority anymore.

I’m glad we found Chris. We’ve had to change pool service companies several times. They didn’t show up, we’d have to chase them and then when we opened there would be surprises. Chris came on the day and time that was scheduled. There were a couple of extra things that needed to be done and he did them. Every other time we had to vacuum and lower the water ourselves which caused issues when they didn’t show up. We’re using him in the spring to do the opening. You’ll have no regrets if you use him.

Our pool liner got a hole mid summer and Chris was one of the only companies to respond to me. He and his crew were out within a couple of days, replaced the liner, and were able to troubleshoot an issue that came up during the install. His quote was incredibly reasonable and he matched his original quote even with the additional work required to fix the issue. Overall we were happy with their work and the time Chris and his team put in to making sure the job was done well.

Chris was the best. Arrived on time and helped with my vacum cleaning, and jets, after opening a week prior. Pool looks great and Chris provided some good insight with the pool mechanics as well. Thank you again!
