Zaven from Ground Works serviced our sump pumps and basement system. He did an absolutely thorough inspection and cleaning. His feedback regarding his findings was very helpful and encouraging. Archie Boone came to my home on multiple occasions, this time he came during the snow blizzard. He was very quick yet thorough. He even cleaned up a mess that he didn't make. Good sense of humor and is also very respectful to house rules. Real stand up kind of man.

Archie B provided a very high level of customer service during our recent water remediation system inspection. He helped us understand how to better maintain and monitor the system and his deep experience and knowledge was obvious. He was very patient in answering all the questions we had.

Had a French drain put in our basement. I relied on the reputation of Groundworks and was happy I did. The crew, lead by Orlando Robles and including Keplar Joseph was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The were dedicated to the job at hand and went at it to complete it on time and to the highest standard. They informed us at all stages of the project and responded to any and all situations during the installation. It was a pleasure to work with Orlando and Joseph and their work ethic was commendable! Had a situation requiring assistance in the middle of an installation of a French drain in my basement. Assistance was provided quickly on a Saturday morning in response to my request. Today we had an issue with our main pump and Groundworks Service Tech, Archie came to our house. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job getting our pump back in working order. He is definitely an asset to Groundworks!

I’ve been a customer for over a decade now. Archie and Barrett showed up on time to propose work to remediate a failed basement bulkhead connection. They were very thorough in their due diligence to understand and diagnose the issue. They spent two hours discussing potential solutions and researching those solutions ultimately arriving at the most efficient and cost effective fix. I was presented with a straight forward scope of work and a fair price. Top notch customer service.

We had a crack in our slab foundation that had begun to sink. We called Groundworks and Greg came out to assess and give us an estimate on lifting and leveling the slab. The price was below what we expected and Greg was very professional and understanding as well as empathetic to our concerns. Guiles Hall and Jason Lewis performed the process to lift the slab. They explained the entire process and put us as ease during the lift and were very knowledgeable. They were able to level the slab to match the rest and sealed the cracks once they finished. They were very professional and made sure the work area was cleaned up once they were done. Overall I HIGHLY recommend these three employees as they made the whole process stress free, easy to understand, and great personalities!!! Thank you so much for everything you guys are awesome!!!!

This past week we had Groundworks out to gut and basically give us a brand new crawlspace. We recently had water damage due to an ice dam, and they were able to get us on the schedule really quickly, which we appreciated. The guys that were on our project were amazing (Jay L., Mike N., Danny T.) They hustled and worked so hard, were super polite, and always communicated what was going on. Mike actually found an unexpected gas leak and we were able to get that addressed as well. If it wasn’t for him, we never would have known. We highly recommend Groundworks and this team specifically. Jay Luna & Mike N. handled waterproofing our basement after a water leak flooded the area last week. They were so personable and professional keeping me updated with progress periodically throughout the day. They completed the project quickly and cleaned up after themselves once the work was done! My basement was done yesterday by Izaiah Miranda, Lenny Miranda and Manuel Rocho. They were great they came in the morning and stayed until the job was done! They were very thorough cleaned their mess and explained to me everything they did and what I need to do! They did a great job! I would recommend this company to anyone! Job well done!
