We had Groundwork’s come out and the crew was courteous and friendly. The crew explained everything that was going to be done. Lenny the foreman was impressive, along with Manuel and Isiah. The work was done efficiently and my basement looks amazing. We had severe water damage and we were suggested to have a French drain installed. The drain and concrete work came out looking amazing. We also had damage to our cinder block foundation that was properly repaired and finished. To combat the potential bowing or movement of our foundation, groundworks installed their steel supports that are encased in our basement slab and connected directly to our joists. The steel supports are impressive. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work that was done and would recommend.

Alvin Miller with Groundwork’s is highly professional and gave us an excellent service today. Not only did he do a complete service with a walk through afterward, but he was able to offer us a five-year deal on service that will save us a great deal of money plus extend our warranty for an extra three years. I highly recommend Alvin and Groundworks for anyone who needs some pump support.

I recently hired Ground Works to repair several sunken slabs in my garage caused by poorly compacted soil. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The two gentlemen who performed the work (Guiles Hall and Jason Lewis) were the highlight of the service—they were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process to me so I knew exactly what was being done.They completed the job right on schedule and handled my property with great care. My home is 102 years old and settling. I had three young men Felix, Larry, and Jose who treated her as such. They were on time, steady workers and friendly. They did all the work in 3 days and cleaned up their mess and left everything in better shape than it was. I appreciated them doing such an awesome job and will let others know what great guys they are. Thanks to them my home will stand another 100 years.

I was with busy dog for many years and I have been happy with their outcome of changing providers, but the company was bought from Groundworks and I have met with a new technician to service my sump pump. I met with the new customer service representative Robbie F. that came out to my house to service the sump pump and he was excellent, smart, knowledgeable, upfront, and worth doing business with again. I hope he comes out for the next visit. Definitely more helpful and knowledgeable more than anyone that has come out I hope company reaches out about extended service plan purchased for 3 year might want to do 5. If you need help call get them to come out highly knowledgeable

We had GroundWorks in to our shop at North Easton Machine to support some areas of our floor that had developed a hollow sound and cracks indicating some compaction of the ground below. The two technicians Guiles Hall and Jason Lewis that performed the work were great! They came in described clearly and confirmed with me the scope of the work to be done. They got to work keeping me informed throughout the process. They were professional and courteous. They did a great job. They cleaned everything up when done and confirmed with me that our expectations were met. Great company, cool process and amazing technicians!

Dominic A. was the technician assigned for our appointment on Friday March 6th and he provided outstanding service! He was friendly, knowledgeable and put our minds at ease while addressing the recent issue that we were experiencing. He is an asset to the company. Looking forward to work with him again!

I want to recognize Greg Johnson for several reasons. Greg was the inspector who looked at my home due to several concerns we had with our crawl space, home foundation, and water issues in the basement. I walked in expecting standard “cliche” sales tactics from this company knowing how big they are. Instead, I walked out truly knowing my home. I wish I brought Greg to my home inspection lol. He was knowledgeable (extremely knowledgeable), was extremely objective of what I needed and what I didn't need. He was forthcoming - you need to do this soon and this can wait. He explained how the homes foundation worked and explained when to be concerned. He even came back the next day to thoroughly check the crawl space when it was light outside. He took detailed photos and explained everything. In todays world of pushy sales people, Greg demonstrated that hes in this business for the right reasons. I hope his senior leadership group all the way up to corporate headquarters see this message and can recognize Greg.

Company has great people working with them. The crew led by Terrence Sr. performed every part of their jobs with integrity and left the space clean . Terrence explained how the system works and how to recognize an issue or failure from the safety alarm. The crew never wasted time and worked well as a team. I am very happy with the quality workmanship and ability to communicate in English with the foreman and his crew. Great job well done!

Very happy that I chose Groundworks to stabilize/support my house in the crawlspace area. Not sure my prior review published (darn computer), but the job was done so well that I wanted to be sure they got my 5 stars! Groundworks provided a competitive estimate and began the process of waterproofing our basement with a project manager that walked me through the entire plan, timetable, and answered my questions with clear and detailed responses. The team that came to my home to complete the project was outstanding. Foreman Lenny Miranda and his team were prompt, professional, and clearly experts in their craft. They finished the project on time and gave me a point by point explanation and inspection of their work. They were even kind enough to move a few unnecessary pieces of furniture for trash pickup! I highly recommend working with Christian, our project manager, and Lenny, our Foreman, on any basement waterproofing project.

From the very start of our inquiry regarding a water issue in our basement everyone from our sales rep Brian coming out to the house and explaining what we had going on and making recommendations to fix our issue and providing clear and transparent scope of work that would be done including pricing and scheduling was awesome, but it gets even better when the actual installation started. When Kevin Figuero showed up he throughly went through what was going to be done and answered every question and concerns we had. He and his helper worked neatly and were respectful of our home. We were very satisfied with how they left our property and we would highly recommend Groundworks.

Lenny and his crew, Manuel and Isiah are the best. They were on time, Lenny walked through the job with me and explained exactly what was to be done. He addressed my concerns and followed through. They covered all my belongings to protect them. The job was done to perfection and they cleaned up thoroughly. Lenny walked me through the finished job, explained the functioning of the system.
My basement will for sure never have water again.

Jay Luna, Michael Norsgaard, Danny Torres were awesome! They were very professional, clearly communicated the work that was being done and how long it would take, and kept the work site clean and organized. I really appreciated the mid-day and end-of-day walk through. They also had the best music playlists. I would highly recommend them.
