I enlisted this company to do my annual window treatment, area rug, and furniture cleaning. The gentleman from this company was prompt and very thorough. He handled the rugs, furniture, and anything he had to move with care. At the time I made the appointment it was not clear whether he would be able to clean my slip covered sofa and love seat but after inspecting them , the gentleman said it could be done and he did so thoroughly. He was very courteous and professional.
My impression is that this company really wants to serve the customers' needs with efficiency and care. Their hours are flexible and they work with your schedule. Gay, who does the scheduling and follow-up, was also very polite and efficient. I will definitely be using them again next year and I would not hesitate to call them if I had an emergency in the meantime.

This is the second time I have had J Brian Day carpets and emergency services clean my carpets. They do such a thorough and wonderful job.My old carpets are renewed and brought back to life again. The technicians are always on time and communicate to what they will do and what to expect. The folks in the office are very nice and very accommodating making sure technitions get to my home early in the morning , so I can leave for work.I will be calling them again soon for upholstery cleaning.Will not use anyone else.😊

Late Saturday afternoon, March 23, 2024, we discovered our finished and beautifully appointed basement was flooded by what turned out to be a leaking toilet. We immediately called our condo management company, who recommended we contact JBrianDay. We called them immediately and arrange them to engage them. Luckily we were able to stop the leak late Saturday evening.
Tim Gauvin of JBD showed up first thing Monday morning and we got things started. Within 72 hours, the whole basement was gutted and remediated and next 5 days the whole place was dried out. Their speed, efficiency, and professionalism was beyond our expectations. Then we shifted to putting it all back. Jeff Sasseville was our project manager. His crew showed up on the 8th day. Jeff assessed the entire situation, room by room and came to conclusion what has to be done in terms of the restoration project.
Jeff has been a phenomenal project manager: he assembled the most professional crew, every one of them, we got along so well and were impressed by their workmanship and professionalism. Jeff communicated with us every step of the way, so we knew what was going on and when to expect the next part of the project, etc. We came to rely on Jeff. When he said he will show up and what would be done the next etc. It was done. There were no little things left undone. In a situation like this, the reliability and trust are key and these were at the core of our dealing with JBD.

one has to have quality employees to begin with and JBD and John Day are clearly committed to that end and delivered sterling service to our utter satisfaction.

We had a very large cleaning job in getting my Mom's house ready to list on the market. The house had been vacant for several years, and had required a lot of maintenance and some demolition in the basement to get it ready to sell. After all was done, there was a lot of residual debris in the basement as well as years of dirt and debris that accumulated in the detached garage and patio. And the whole house was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I called J. Brian Day to see if this was a job they could take on, knowing that they typically deal with disaster recovery, but Vincent explained that the were also known for " stem to stern" cleanings. We had them clean the entire house including the attic, and detached garage , which has three floors! - as well as the enclosed patio. They were able to schedule this huge job within a week, and did a thorough job and saved us a ton of time! We were able to get the realtor in much sooner than we could have if we attempted to clean everything ourselves. I would recommend their services to anyone who was in our situation. Their price was reasonable and they were very pleasant to deal with. Overall great service!

We've used J. Brian Day twice in the past year. Specifically, I worked with Tim Gauvin and his team. I can't speak highly enough of both Tim and the services provided by J. Brian Day. They bailed us out of some difficult situations. Not only that, but they were extremely reasonable with pricing after we were hit with a second storm while still recovering from the first. They helped identify issues with our basement to resolve the flooding (they could not do the work, out of their scope, but made great recommendations on companies that could). Everything was very clean, well communicated and friendly. Wouldn't think twice about using them for their services.

J Brian Day was absolutely incredible in conditions that you never expect to happen to you. We had a water pipe burst in our basement in the middle of the day and by time I figured out what happened, there was 3 inches of water in my finished basement and water spraying all over the boxes and material in the storage room. It was awful. First thing I did was call JB Day and they responded within the hour and went right work removing the water, cleaning up, and assessing the path forward. Wood flooring, base trim, and 2 feet of sheetrock wall board had to be removed. They proceeded on this while boxing up our belongings and moving everything to storage. Drying equipment ran for days drying out the basement and they came back constantly to check on it. After completion of the repairs all was brought back to the house and we are now getting back to normal. They worked well with the insurance company through all of their procedures.
I cant' say enough about the organization as a whole and for the people doing the field work. There is a solid professionalism that spans from management through the employees. They worked hard, acted with professionalism at all stages, and were extremely polite and easy to work with. I add special compliments to their foreman Tim, he was there constantly, talked through everything and acted with a high level professionalism through the whole process. They helped to make a horrible situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend using JB Day for your emergency service needs. They were great!

We had water in our basement that needed someone to extract. I thought of J Brian Day from a recent TV commercial and seeing their place of business of RT495. When I called, i actual got a person on the other end instead of a recording. Young lady listened to what i needed and was able to get an estimator over in an hour. After we agreed to work to be done, he was able to talk with office and get a 2 man crew to come over about an hour later. They worked very hard extracting the water that was still seeping in from the ground up into basement. Everyone did a great job and the price was very fair. Thank you for helping us out.

I like to recommend great service and that is exactly what I received from J Brian Day carpet cleaning!!! I had pet stains and mud and heaven knows what else and the technician cleaned every single stain out AND without a strong cleaning odor, which bothers my sensitivities! I liked their work so much that I'm going to have their tech's complete a whole house cleaning (walls, baseboards etc!) the estimate they emailed me is a fair price..stay tuned and I'll comment on that work when completed!! We decided to get our wall to wall carpeting cleaned. It hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years. I called j Brian Day and was able to get a morning weekend appointment which fit our schedule perfectly. Mike arrived well within the time window I was given. He was very polite and friendly. He wanted to look at the areas first and make his plan. While being optimistic, he did prepare me for the possibility of not getting the carpet completely cleaned. It was very heavily travelled and was basically just a pathway, so it was extremely dirty and discolored. Well, he did a great job and the carpeting looks great. He got all of the dirt and grime out of the heavily trafficked area as well as the rest of the room. I was very impressed by his work and attitude. I will definitely use J Brian Day again.

Moving into a new-to-me home, I wanted to have everything painted and cleaned before taking up residence. Wishing to stay local in terms of services, I called on J. Brian Day to take care of cleaning my carpets. Gay was extremely professional and personable helping me decide which services I would need and very flexible when I had to reschedule the original appointment date. I felt completely comfortable leaving a key and not having to be onsite for the cleaning. When I returned a few days later I found the job was done to beyond expectations. Everything was clean and fresh. I may not be the first owner of this home but with the cleaning by J. Brian Day, I feel as though I am the first person to set foot onto these carpets.

I use J. Brian Day twice a year for carpet cleaning (more if needed). I've tried other companies but J. Brian Day does the best job. The customer service is exceptional from the time I call to schedule an appointment from the time they call me the day after carpet cleaning to be sure I'm satisfied with the service. The carpet cleaning technicians always arrive on time, are always friendly and they do an outstanding job. I wouldn't use any other company.

Great service and a good price. When the man from J. Brian Day showed up I was a little worried at first because there was only one man, but he did an amazing job. He moved the furniture with no problems and cleaned the rug completely. He even removed his shoes while cleaning the rug. After he was done he gave us easy to understand instructions to make sure the rugs dried properly.

J Brian Day did an amazing job cleaning our rugs. We have light-colored rugs and they got all of our mud and pet stains out. The cleaning made our rug look new again. The guys even cleaned our mats in front of the door.

My wife and I have been a customer for years. They installed our living room carpet and we couldn't be happier. We use them 2 times a year to come clean the carpets and we are always impressed with the service and professionalism. While I am sure that their entire staff is great, we always ask for Butch. He is fantastic and makes sure that our carpets are in perfect shape before he leaves. I would recommend asking for him when you book your cleaning appointment!

I came home from work to water leaking through my kitchen ceiling from an upstairs toilet overflow. Called J. Brian Day because they are local. Charlie arrived at my house within the hour and had his crew guys over 30 minutes later with giant dehumidifiers and more cleanup. Very smooth process, professional, and friendly. Great follow up the next day from Kelly in the head office.

I would highly recommend J Brian Day! From setting up the service we needed to completion of the job, they were so professional and wonderful to work with. We worked with Vincent to set up the service and he provided a written, detailed quote outlining the work to be done in a quick responsive manner and their pricing was very good. Scheduling was easy and the dumpster was delivered on time as promised. Even the person who delivered the dumpster was friendly and professional. The crew arrived on time to do the work, explained everything they were going to do, and called me throughout the day to keep me posted on the progress. J Brian Day Carpet Care professionally cleaned the carpeting at my Hudson, NH condominium last summer and again this April of 2017. The technicians that came up to perform the work were very capable, professional, and customer oriented. On both occasions the carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning came out very well; both surfaces looked like they were just installed. I am very happy with the results and the aesthetic appearance of each exceeded by far what a prior local company was able to achieve.
