I called and Mark came out within a couple of hours of my initial phone call. He schedule his staff to come in that day to suction water up and set up fans. Mark kept us informed of what to expect. He told us that equipment would be in place three days to make sure basement was completely dry. They scheduled a mutual convenient time for us to pick up equipment. They did a great job. .very professional! I would recommend J. Brian Day and would use them again (but hope I won't need too).

We have a couple of older wall to wall carpets in the bedrooms. J Brian Day came to clean them, and in less than 3 hours it was as if they had installed new carpeting. Kenny did a fantastic job. He was VERY professional, extremely courteous, and very helpful.
The cost for these two large bedrooms, and a tall stairwell was amazingly low. I was stunned by the quote.
I would HIGHLY recommend J Brian Day for their carpet cleaning service.

I called J Brian Day because we had some mold in our basement bathroom. I called to have them assess the situation and they came within 2 hours. They were very professional, attentive and thorough. Had a wonderful experience with J. Brian. The day we called the Project Manger Mark came out with an hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to schedule the cleaning crew for the next morning. The crew was very pleasant, neat and did a great job. We would definitely use J. Brian again if needed in the future.

Wow! J. Brian Day did such a fantastic job cleaning our rugs! I called looking for someone to clean a couple of our rugs and they were able to fit us in as quickly as the next day. Our cream-colored rugs were quite stained from our dog, and now they look brand new! Nathan was professional, courteous and on-time. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. Plus the entire cost was very affordable! I will definitely use J. Brian Day in the future and would highly recommend their services!

J.Brian Day is the first and last place to look for any restoration needs. My basement flooded due to an A/C leak. I called JBD because I used them previously, and someone was at my home that day! I received a quote the next day and work began with completion within a week! It was like brand new! J Brian Day services did a great job at drying out my basement after some residual water had come in from an outside water issue. They responded promptly, were professional, pleasant and efficient. They took the matter seriously and made cleanup and restoration quick and easy. I then hired them to do some air vent cleaning throughout my house. Again, their staff was professional, pleasant and efficient. The cost for the Air vent cleaning was above the average price which was a bit disappointing but having the same company handle both projects was easier for me. And yes, I would hire them again....
