I'm retrofitting a kitchen in the North Shore, and Scott and his techs have been incredibly supportive and responsive not just in service and the need to have system systems inspected, but going above and beyond to support the pathway through permitting and get information on the system systems themselves. Highly recommended for hood and annual system install, inspection, and general maintenance.

Running a small restaurant involves many pieces of equipment that can break, wear out or need regular maintenance. Usually, when something goes wrong its at the most inopportune time and can seriously affect your success if not corrected quickly. I can recommend One Call Ventilation as on many occasions they have come thru for us. I would not even consider another company for service, installs, repairs or cleaning. Their technicians that have come out to us have in some cases decades of experience and you cannot beat that. Coupled with prompt return calls and an appreciation that small businesses are usually in a tight squeeze when they call, do yourself a service and call the best.

I had my exhaust system cleaned by Mr.Peter who is one of the best technicians from One call ventilation. He and his co worker spend extra time to scap and spray on the fans and the ducts. It was very nice and clean. I appreciated what he had done. I would recommend them to other restaurant owners. Thank you for an excellent service.

Amazing amazing people ; from Scott the owner to Bernand that’s been taking care of all our inspections and repairs they are the best people to work with. Always answer; they won’t make u waste unnecessary money, very honest people to work with! Anyone opening a business or with a business that needs service def give them a call. The complaint below was satisfactorily addressed and I am now changing my rating after redressal.
Not satisfactory feedback by the technician and on talking to company on phone on problem detected in our system. But then an invoice for 4 hour work is submitted when the technician was here less than an hour with work which was not accurate. Please make sure that the persons gets your signature on worksheet before he leaves

This business hired the rudest people. our building has them to do electrical work once in a while. Every time this guy walked in the facility like he is the king, ignoring greeting from healthcare workers, wondering if he is racists or what. sick of seeing him comes to our building and acting like that, hopefully the building administrator discontinues using this company

Their van drivers are very reckless, Van number 537 was dribing very aggressively and cutting others off on the highway.

The maintenance man shows up at my property at 5:45 am and leaves his van lights shining RIGHT into my window for more than an hour on a Wednesday that’s pretty inconsiderate…
