The best and quickest service ever. I called at 9am and LVM, Paul called me back 10 minutes later and told me he had a tech in the area that could stop by today. Donnie, the tech, arrived around 1pm, identified the problem. Paul called me with a quote and to let me know that they would be able to replace the machine today. It was an old machine, not an easy task for Donnie but he did a great job.
The communication was easy and Paul stayed in touch throughout the whole process.
I really appreciated their quick response to my call and for being very professional. I would definitely call them again for future needs. I was great doing business with them.

I would definitely recommend this company. My water heater stopped working so I reached out to Paul. Paul's response time was very quick and had my hot water heater running within a day, even though he was short staffed due to one of his crew members being out, he still finished within a timely manner. His crew members are very knowledgeable and great workers. I would definitely use this company again.

I hired Accurate HVAC to repair my ac. Paul went to several stores to find the parts for my old ac. He fixed it and its running like new again. The price that I paid was very reasonable. Paul is very professional and really knows his trade. He is honest and does everything that can be done to fix your HVAC system. It is hard to find contractors like him, I will certainly hire Accurate in the future.

My water heater was broke w/no hot water to use. I called Paul who is referred by my uncle. He asked me to send him pictures of my water heater & gave me the estimation right away. He came on the same day & got my water heater replaced in an hour. Whole process was smooth, easy, transparent & more importantly professionally done. Highly Recommended!!

Everything went great during the initial install but I'm here now updating my review so other homeowners are aware.

The new gas furnace started leaking water last year and required us to contact the owner Paul. His tech came out and the issue wasn't resolved. Therefore, Paul made his own visit afterwards. The leak till this day is not fixed. Last year he stated he had a job in my area so he would be able to come since he was nearby. He didn't come. This year at the start of winter he stated he would come during the weekend of thanksgiving. Instead of saying he could no longer come or even trying to reschedule, Paul fully ghosted us during the holiday. Paul has now ignored all attempts to get in contact with him. We were also unimpressed when we learned about the quality of the repair they made. Instead of correctly fixing the leak on our brand new furnace they just patched it with silicone. I would highly recommend! Our condenser stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year and not only did Paul get back to us almost immediately, he came out same day (evening). He was able to diagnose right away and fix same day for a very reasonable price. If we have any work needed in the future I will definitely be giving him a call.

Paul was amazing. When my AC was broken, he came out the same day I contacted him to give an evaluation.
And more than being just fast, he proved trustworthy. He proactively discussed options, talked through each step, clearly communicated timelines, and explained what led to the issues.
Originally another company said the system was unrepairable and that I also needed a new furnace. Paul had it fixed within 4 days, and confirmed the furnace was fine.
I'll be going with Paul for all my HVAC questions in the future.

Paul and his team are professional and fast. My heat went out last winter and my usual HVAC company came didn’t fix the problem. Had to call the emergency service. Paul didn’t overcharge like other companies and the expert fix the furnace in less than an hour. Now I'm choosing Paul for the plumbing and other services. I hope we could establish a long-term relationship.

I reached out to Paul the owner for a quote to have duct work and two heat vents relocated in my basement. Paul and his team came over right away to look at the job to be done and gave me an estimate on the work. Once I gave them the green light the job was completed the next day. The work was neat and professional. Paul is a great communicator and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

I hired Paul from Accurate LLC to install two mini splits in March 2024.The man told me that he had been in the heating and a/c business for over 20 years. He also said that he's been in the MassSave program from the time it started. That being said he should know the MassSave requirements for a rebate.
He did not install the proper equipment (2 intergrated controls ) and I was rejected for my rebate. He tells me that this equipment was all new to him and he never had to use it before. He promised me that he would make things right and install the proper equipment so that I could get my rebate. He also said that he would never leave his customers hanging.
I tried calling him repeatedly to get him to fix the problem and got no response.
I hired another contractor who install the 2 intergrated controls then I was able to get my rebate.
I filed a claim against Paul in small claims court to get reimbursed for having to hire a 2nd contractor. I won the claim and Paul has not paid me or appeared in court.
I would strongly recommend no using this man. I consider him to be incompetent and a lier !!!

Recently, we had our heating system updated to a 94% efficient boiler and water tank. After receiving estimates from four other companies, we decided to go with.Accurate HVAC LLC . So GLAD we did! Accurate HVAC did an amazing job installing/replacing a new AC Unit condenser and coil. Paul truly did go above and beyond replacing new lines and pumps. He also installed a new air return line with vents. I’d recommend his services top notch and reasonably prices.

Had our boiler go out in the middle of Winter. Paul came over the same day we needed a quote to checkout what needed to get done, and he gave us a super reasonable price for getting the whole boiler replaced, and his team got the job done within the week. Happy to support small local businesses and grateful for the service and job completed. Would recommend if you need boiler or other HVAC services.

My furnace stopped working late Sunday night, and after calling and leaving a message for the company that originally installed it (McClaren Heating & Air Conditioning), I received no response. I reached out to several other companies, and Paul from Accurate HVAC Services immediately replied and said he could be at my home within 45 minutes.

He arrived even sooner—about 30 minutes later at around 9:00 PM—with another technician and quickly got to work. Within 30–45 minutes, they diagnosed and fixed the issue, and my family was warm again. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and his pricing was very reasonable.

It’s now 2:00 PM the next day, and I still haven’t heard back from McClaren. Paul’s quick response and excellent service have absolutely won my business. I’ll be signing up for a maintenance program with him for both my furnace and AC compressor.
