Installed a "New" AC Unit & 2 weeks later it didn't work. He supposedly fixes it, then it breaks in heat wave 1 week later.. Then he tells me that he is having some issues with customers and court & is in the middle of an emotional breakdown. Of course,we felt bad but we were really really hot. His employee felt so bad that he came and fixed it for us. This dude is a joke & honestly should be investigated by whomever gives out licenses. Review asked to write 👇

Paul.was more than accommodating! He was willing to come check out my AC system after regular business hours just to keep his customers happy (mind you, I was just getting quotes at the time).

He gave the best price, explained everything he was doing & why, got it done in less than 48 hours from the time he gave me a quote (most everyone else was booking 1-3 weeks out), & it's very obvious he knows his stuff!!

I needed to help my parents get a new HVAC system (Heat and A/C) for their home. Paul responded to our initial inquiry quickly, coming to the house to make an assessment and provide a quote. He answered follow up questions in a timely manner with the required information. Paul treated the job like it was for his own home - meaning no extra frills to drive up cost and making recommendations for the best fit for the situation. The installation went just as smoothly, and he and his team completed the work on time. They also cleaned up the site when they were finished. It was a positive experience working with Paul and we plan on calling on him again for any future service.

Paul was extremely helpful and timely getting to us when our furnace stopped working all of a sudden. His worker Donnie helped diagnose our problem, presented us with a few options, and helped install a brand new furnace. They were on time, and expedient installing the new furnace. Donnie did a great job explaining everything in the process. I will continue to go with Accurate Air when we have any future issues or need regular maintenance.

Had issue with Furnace and AC. The previous installer did not put a filter mount on the furnace. The AC blew out. Call Accurate and Paul sent his guys at 3pm and completed the job in 4 hours. They were professional, on time, very experienced with every issue they encountered and left me feeling satisfied. Folks, this company had 30 plus experience in this business. I went with the cheapest price on the previous installer and got burnt. Go with the best and this company take pride in their work and make sure the customer is satisfied.

I wished I did more googling to find Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning first.
After spending money for having 2 companies over for diagnostics but only hearing that I will need thousands of dollars to fix the issue with my ductless mini split unit.
Luckily I found Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning and spoke with Paul who squeezed me into his busy schedule. Paul sent 2 knowledgeable technicians who after doing a leak test concluded that there was no leaks then they asked me some questions about my systems and they determined that the filters were too clogged and that was why one of the units was underperforming.
After cleaning the filters and the coils, everything is now working as designed.

The furnace died in a rental unit that I own. I called Accurate HVAC because it was nearby. Within ten minutes I was meeting with Paul, and he selected and installed a new furnace the very next day. He did an excellent job (which included a follow-up visit). And the price was right. One of the most excellent repair experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Awesome job, I have been having issues with my water heater many times. My boiler wasn't functioning properly. When I called Accurate heating and air conditioning, Paul texted me within 10 minutes and sent a technician over my house. He diagnosed the issues, well now I very satisfied with the work the team has done. Paul is quick with his work and very professional. Thanks Paul 😊.

A power outage caused a problem with our heating system on a very cold night. I called Accurate HVAC, LLC, and Paul called right back and sent Donnie over within the hour. Not only are both very nice men, but they came to my rescue when I really needed help. I will have them back for more heating and air conditioning projects in my home. I highly recommend them. My highest recommendation to Paul and his company. First, they tried to see if they could fix my AC problem rather than throw money at it. When it was determined that I needed a new one, they were personable, quick, fair and efficient. Love these guys!

My 82 yr old Mom’s house was over 90F when I arrived during the latest heat wave. Her Mini-Split air conditioners were not cooling. I called and left a message. Paul returned my call within an hour and sent Don out to us within 2 hours. Don discovered that the freon was very low. He emptied his can of freon and it wasn’t enough. The owner, Paul, came by in 10 minutes with more freon to finish filling the system. They were amazing! The house was cooled down within 3 hours! I could not recommend them more highly! And the price was EXTREMELY reasonable considering that they came at a moments notice during a heat wave. Thank you, thank you for taking care of my Mom!

This business is AMAZING. I called to inquire about repairing my heat and AC and received a call back from Paul almost immediately. He was polite, professional, and personable. He came out to give me a free quote ASAP and I immediately knew he was the one I wanted for the job. Paul was able to fit me in so quickly. His crew that showed up (Billy, Paul, and Nick) were incredible. Such gentleman and so professional. The entire project was done in one day and they left my house spotless. I am beyond impressed with Paul, his company, and crew and I plan on using them, and only them, in the future. HIGHLY recommend!

I came back from vacation to find my home cold as the heater was not working. I called Paul and he was quick to respond, and he sent his men out who quickly diagnosed what the problem was. He made every effort to make sure my heat was fixed that day, but unfortunately, I was so tired I slept and did not answer the door. Paul made an effort to communicate with me that night and reassured me that he would be at my home in the morning. I am a satisfied customer. Thankyou Paul and your crew. Paul and the team came up to fix our heating and install a new toe kick heater. They were professional and answered all my questions and also the service was reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with the job done and will used them again and again.

Paul and his team are incredibly responsive, communicate very well, always on time, have very fair pricing and without a doubt the best contractors I have had the pleasure of working with in the past 20 years.
My AC recently stopped blowing cold air and I needed the entire system replaced. I reached out to Paul on July 9th and he responded right away. We spoke on the phone and he gave me some good options. He recommended a Bosch heat pump for our house which I wasn’t considering before but, it made complete sense considering rebates available. I was more interested in getting our AC working soon as we have a heat wave coming next week.
We discovered we needed pre-approval for the rebates prior to installation. Paul scrambled to get the pre-approval done before we even committed to the heat pump, just so we would be able to consider the option. We got approved on a Thursday and Paul pulled his whole team in to finish the installation on Friday of the same week. We now have a very comfortable house just in time for the heat wave and will be able to heat the house much more efficiently compared to our old oil burner and it’s only about 25% more expensive than a traditional AC after rebates which I’m sure I’ll make back over a couple years if that.
We’re very happy that Paul gave us a better option that other contractors wouldn’t be able to pull off in the time that Paul and team did. They were all very polite, worked great with one another, did an incredibly clean install and left the house in better shape than it was when they arrived. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Paul and his team at Accurate Heating and AC installed a whole house heat pump and we can now say goodbye to oil! We were away for a week and we’re able to turn on the system remotely to come home to a house that was set to 70 degrees! It was amazing and the system was SO quiet. Paul and his team were extremely professional, timely and easy to work with. We are very happy! I highly recommend Accurate!

My husband called Accurate heating for a tune up for our oil heating system . Hi spoke with Paul and in a day he sent Don and Eric and they did an excellent job. Not only the job was done perfectly but they was checking the boiler which not another company which we hired in a previous years checked or explained to us the way how Don and Eric explained to us . Paul and his team came highly recommended to me. I contacted Paul for an estimate and he was prompt in getting back to me and then was able to install a new mini split within a week. I was very impressed with the work and would highly recommend them. Professional, trustworthy and friendly!

We got a second-opinion quote from Accurate, and were impressed with how he was able to plan a heat pump installation that took our existing duct work into account. They worked hard to put together a plan that converted our gas system to a heat pump without needing wall units, saving a bunch of money and wall space. Really happy to have worked with Paul and his team.

Following up from my original excellent experience with Accurate HVAC LLC - and specifically with Paul - I did reach out to Paul to talk about replacing my aging heating system. Being overly cautious - spent a lot of time figuring out what system is appropriate. Paul did a tremendous job in explaining the pros and cons of different systems. He did an intense amount of research and he was a fount of knowledge when it comes to heat-pumps and hybrid systems. Paul went way above and beyond to provide lots of information and help me decide. Once green-lit - he came out with his crew in short order and they did an amazing job replacing my old system with a shiny new one. Also tied in previously unserved areas of the house into the central air. I'm currently typing out this review-update from my newly air-conditioned family room. Paul also ensured the house was better insulated and the system was perfectly sized for the house. By now Paul is on my speed-dial for all things HVAC (including all kinds of questions about it). It is great to have a very reliable and honest connection for such complex and important work. Thank you Paul and Accurate HVAC LLC for a job very well done!

Paul was super helpful. He came right out when I indicated our heat was having issues. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it - restoring the heat! This is especially noteworthy as the conversation I was having was one of replacing my furnace. Definitely appreciated his candor and how he quickly solved our issue during a very cold winter week. Definitely recommend his services and will be calling him again as any need arises.

They saved us from the heat wave!! Our AC unit decided to retire the day before the heat wave hit. They were able to come the next day to inspect and installed a new one the same day. They followed up the next two days to make sure that it works properly. The price was also very good. Without them I think I would just evaporate in this weather. They are professional and very nice people. Highly Recommend.

I can’t rant and rave about Accurate HVAC enough! We’ve used them twice now and Paul has been the best. He fit us in last minute and was communicative about what was going on. Finding a trustworthy contractor/professional is tough these days, but I promise you won’t regret hiring Accurate HVAC!
