Bancroft Construction arrived the day they said they would, completed my project on time and on budget. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up after they were done.
They were very polite and courteous.
I highly recommend them for any projects.

Paul and his team were great to work with. We removed a wall and replaced it with a structural beam. We also added a custom pantry that came out great. I would recommend Bancroft for all projects!

2020 Paul, Shannon, Justin, and the rest of the Bancroft Construction team were a pleasure to work with on two different occasions now. The first time, Paul, Justin and the team came out on extremely short notice to replace what ended up being a really cheap part on my boiler - but could have easily made a much bigger project out of it considering that as far as I knew - the entire boiler needed to be replaced. The second time, again, Justin came out on extremely short notice to bleed our radiators and to conduct a general HVAC tune-up. These guys know HVAC and are totally honest and affordable professionals. Definitely will be using again! Thanks.

I am writing this review almost a year later just to tell everyone that I still have no regrets choosing Bancroft Construction for our kitchen and family room remodel! Secretly, Paul had the job when he called me back and showed up on time to go over our project! Their use of technology (Buildertrend app) also allowed Paul, my husband and I to be on the same page- marriage saver!

Bancroft did a complete gut of our first floor powder room, replaced ceiling in our living room and also completed a replacement of all first floor door and window trim with a farmhouse style. The work was done professionally and done with good detail. the end product was exactly what we had envisioned for the look and feel of the spaces renovated. we were very happy with Bancroft's team that did the work and finishing up on the timeline we needed. we will be scheduling our master bathroom renvo with them as well.

Bancroft construction came to our home to fix a problematic toilet in our bathroom that was causing floor damage that could ultimately result in mold and a large Reno project. With the help of Paul and his staff he was able to fix the problem effectively and in a very timely manner. He was professional and reliable and saved us a lot of money if we had not fixed this issue when he found it! We are thankful for his work and will have him back for more household projects and renovations!

My Fiancé and I are so grateful to Paul and the team at Bancroft construction for helping us with our bathroom remodel project! Our previous bathroom had a leak that spread into other parts of the home. Paul was able to repair the damage and give us the master bathroom of our dreams. He and his staff were always prompt , available to answer questions, and polite. His tile work was masterful along with installation of a large glass shower door and fixtures. We have had a relationship with Kimball Kitchens for over 25 years. We have only the highest praise for them. Bruce and his team guided us through our remodeling project patiently, always listening to our concerns no matter how trivial they were.

If there were more stars to award, I would give infinity! Where to begin to talk about Gregg and Bruce Johnson, brothers and owners of this company. We began our conversations with not a very clear picture of what we wanted, but because Gregg and Bruce listened, got to know our needs for the present and future use of our house, they were able to visualize the home of our dreams that would be with our family for what we hope is generations to come. They were sensitive to financial boundaries, never going above the ceiling. You want to do business with the kindest and most thoughtful people, who understand how important the project is...they went above and beyond. Gregg and Bruce wanted it as much as we did and were just as excited about it coming to completion. The planning process with our fantastic architect, Nancy Twomey was nothing short of miraculous. Nancy is well versed in Town bylaws and in fact, co-authored the bylaws in our Town; when we needed to go back to the drawing board, she was nothing if not so creative and we wound up with the best plan we could have ever imagined. Nancy remained engaged throughout the project and was always available for questions and consultation. Madison Cota (now Madison Jackson) made the design process so much less overwhelming than we thought it would be. She listened, understood our tastes and was very honest when we chose something that wouldn't work with the overall design, and of course gave workable alternatives. Each appointment was focused on one thing - plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, finishes, etc.- and was enjoyable every step of the way. You hear horror stories about contractors not showing up or communicating when they say they will. This was NEVER the case at Lee Kimball. From the time ground was broken, a day didn't go by that there wasn't someone working on the project. Everything was ordered well beforehand so there were no hold-ups with scheduling. The whole experience was seamless. The people coming into my house - Kevin, Mike, Lucio, Roger, Brad (I'm sure I'm missing some and I apologize in advance!) - were all respectful and kind and truly became part of our extended family. Not one mess was left by anyone at the end of any day. The communication via the online portal for everything was so handy. There were NO change orders that came from Lee Kimball's end - there were few, but they were all generated by us because we wanted to change a few things, not for any other reason. I can never say enough about Gregg and Bruce and their whole team at Lee Kimball. We are so glad to know them and honored to call them our friends and trusted them implicitly with our project. We are so happy with the result!

We just celebrated 20 years with our wonderful Lee Kimball kitchen, and it’s as impressive today as when it was first designed & built. The flawless infrastructure endures, makes swapping out appliances seamless and effortless. The mahogany cabinets are as stunning now as the day they were installed.

This summer I completed a small addition (mud room and walk in closet), and total external renovation of my 105 year old home (hardscape, landscape, siding, front and back entrance, and roof line). It completely changed every component of the outside of the house and both entrances and it is GORGEOUS. I have people I have never spoken to, stop me when I am walking my dog to tell me home much they love the new curb appeal of my home. I am 100% thrilled with the design, and each and every member of the Lee Kimble team approached my project with professionalism and care. Lee Kimble lines up supplies and trusted contractors so that every day of the project is used well. My project was completed on time and I am thrilled with the final result.

I called for a repair and "Drew" said he could do the job on the following week. He asked me to send him a few photos and he would give me the price. I sent the photos and he never responded and I made two follow up calls to see if he got the photos and when he was available and he never responded to my call! Not a good way to run a business. He could have at least called to say he did not want to do the job and to find someone else. It was a simple caulking job for two bathtubs in my client's house and they were both spotless clean so I have no idea why he never responded! No price given either. So much for Anderson Handyman Services.

First contacted Drew to install window air conditioners. Then had some small repairs for him to do up to the recent floor to ceiling renovation of the spare bedroom. Drew and his crew are professional, pleasant and very detail oriented. Would highly recommend.

I hired Drew to fix a stair railing that had pulled out of the wall. He came within a few days and finished the job in an afternoon. Walked me through all the steps, cleaned the area thoroughly, and left it looking better than before. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
