My experience with Delvecchio Construction was amazing! They were professional, responsive, timely and did wonderful work. My condo is new but suffered water damage. I didn't think it could get any better but my floors look even more amazing, a complete condo transformation. I cannot recommend them enough and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Cero profesionalismo y total falta de responsabilidad. Te dejan tirado. No los recomiendo.

Terrible experience. The bathroom job was left unfinished, and Valentín and Andrea García completely stopped responding. No final inspection, no window replacement, no accountability.

Highly unprofessional and unreliable. They will leave you hanging. Do not recommend.

I don't know your work ethic but if it's anything like you drive I would never pay for your services. You almost ran my family off the road in your van (Mass license plate#V93 876) because you were in the wrong lane to enter 95South ramp.

I can't give my opinion in their work because they have never done anything for me the only think I can said is they never called back when I have left messages

If you want a A leaking roof. Holes in your tires. And pay double for it. This is person to hire. Does horrible work and does not call back.

Took advantage that I was a new owner. Didn’t know about permits and results were very poor for an overpriced job. On top of that they requested money in advance and didn’t finish the job that was agreed. Took my money, never pulled a permit and had problems with the city for bad conduct. I don’t know how they still in business

Scammers. They have even tried to scam the state of Massachusetts. "Company" is unreliable, untrustworthy, and shady. I've read their responses claiming reviewers have the wrong company. This is because they disappear without completing the job then change the company's name.

I had them come by two weeks ago for an estimate on repairs on my back porch. They told me they would send the estimate that afternoon. I have texted them 4 times since then asking if they were still interested in taking the job and to please send the estimate. Two times they ignored me and two times they said they were sending it, however, I still haven't received it. I find that pretty rude and unprofessional. It's probably for the best because they'd probably keep telling me they were coming to do the repairs and never show up...

I had them design my second floor addition, made me spend 2500$ on a plan that they were supposed to submit to the town for approval. They were very responsive in the beginning, even helped me remove a fence that was going down in the front yard (for free). But then, when the plan came out, and was ready to submit the documents to all parties , they stopped answering the phone. I even went to the office to see what’s going on, the owner himself “valentine” told me that his daughter "Andrea” was gonna call me back. Months later, no word. I listed the house for sale and moved on. They took 2500$ just like that, but that’s ok, I was gonna spend 100s of thousands on this project , and after seeing the reviews here, I’m glad I didn’t. What a bunch of scammers making a living out stealing money from hard working families !!!! How can you even sleep at night ???? Good luck on your “distraction” projects!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Anner Valentin Amaya, his daughter Andrea Garcia and the entire company are scammers. A family member had a horrific and costly $200,000+ experience with them. The company is NOT registered - license expired on 6/13/21 and has not been renewed. It is NOT clear who the legal owner is. They DID NOT SIGN their portion of the contract they created for my family member. The contract DID NOT include a detailed project scope, breakdown of costs such as labor and materials, or timeline of completion. I don't know if they have full-time employees - plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. because no one worked on a regular schedule. A year and a half later VALENTIN hadn't completed the remodeling. My relative ended up hiring a different company to do the work. Still trying to collect from them. DON'T BELIEVE their response that "you have the wrong company."

Very prompt and very professional. You can tell you are dealing with a pro when they show up on time and deliver the estimates as promised. They came to my house in Chelsea and did a great evaluation and explained everything the job will entail. Keep up the good work

Great team, high quality work from the entire organization!

Installed vanity. Painted bathroom. Hooked up plumbing. Excellent work. Very responsive. Always willing to text etc.

Amazing company to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to put a new window in my office in the time frame I needed and it came out great!

Everything was great, including workmanship and cleanup. Our job was more complicated than it originally appeared, requiring two additional days, but they honored the original quote with no discussion. Very pleased overall.

I sent an email requesting a quote for a job and 3 days later got an email asking for “ next week availability” for a call to discuss the project, I did comply and a week later got an email again asking for “ my next week availability” for a call to discuss project. A week later got an email that stated “ this got list in my email, can you provide me with you availability for next week to discuss project”.
After that i responded that i was reviewing 3 quotes from companies who came, took a look at my project and got back to me within a week. Then again got an email asking if there was anything that he coukd help me with? I mean come on, you did not want to from the beginning.
That is why customer Service and professionalism =0. Not sure if the other reviews are verified and true

Various house renovations, from the roof and chimney to the basement - It was a pleasure to work with Ben of Titanium Construction during the difficult times of 2020 pandemic. All work was performed to the highest standards and our deadline to "finish before Thanksgiving" was kept.

Great job by the Titanium team fixing my roof. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. Bringing them back to replace my whole roof soon! Looking forward to see the great work they will do!
