We hired Ben/Titanium to fix the roof of a brownstone following issues with leaks. Ben was professional throughout the process and navigated the permitting process (despite delays due to COVID) and we're confident he addressed the issues with the old roof.

Our apartment was flooded, resulting in a full floor replacement and full repaint. Ben and his team did the job and got us back in our home in what some may say was an unreasonably quick timeline. As with any project, we had some hiccups with subs along the way and lost a few days to that, resulting in some chaos near the end where the work wasn't finished but our stuff was moved back in. Throughout the project Ben was always responsive and reassuring. It was very stressful unpacking around workers and not having the place cleaned well but the team came back as they needed to to ensure the work was completed.

Ben and Titamium repaired the ceiling and wall of our walk in closet that had been water damaged. He was very professional: gave us estimates right away and right in line with the insurance estimate and did a great job. He stands behind his work, making sure that we were happy with the results. I’d work with him again.

I'm a residential real estate agent and Ben & his team have been an invaluable resource to my clients. They can help a client determine what renovations are possible and a ballpark budget with a quick walk thru, allowing the client to make an offer ASAP without panicking over what they might be getting themselves into. The projects they've done have all been on schedule and on budget. They are the opposite of most contractors that no-show meetings, don't provide written bids and don't communicate during a project. Highly recommend.

Ben and his staff replaced roofs that were installed by another contractor improperly and were leaking. They arrived on time and the install was excellent. His staff were extremely professional and maintained a very neat work environment. I would definitely hire them again for other work on my property!

Following a wind storm, several shingles blew off my house making the roof vulnerable to leakage. I spoke with owner Ben Paquette on the phone and we discussed both repair of a few shingles, replacing all shingles, and timing. The rapidity and professionalism of his advice allowed time for my insurance adjuster to make a claim while also scheduling the job prior to the coming rainfall. As it turned out, the job took a bit longer than originally planned, but Ben kept me informed about each step and made sure the appropriate number of workers were available to complete the job as discussed. The pricing for the job was reasonable and fair even as I requested higher grade copper flashing after the original estimate. Shingle replacement is a messy job, but the crew was careful to protect our garden, to clean my yard and to pick up any debris that had blown in the street or a neighbor's driveway. I highly recommend Titanium Construction for its expertise in roof repair.

Titanium Construction: Was outstanding from the design to completion of our new deck (three season deck, full screen enclosure). Titanium Construction crew, Punctual, began work immediately, cleanup was done at the end of every day, crew was very professional, & polite. Communications: fantastic, constantly updating us on the project, Ben often offering suggestions to improve on the project, and never waiting to get answers to questions. Titanium Construction recently installed a new roof for me on my home in Lynn, MA to repair my old one that was leaking and past its useful life.

I dealt with Ben throughout the entire transaction and he was extremely responsive, especially communicating initial timelines. Once the project was started, he and his team were very timely getting the project done. It was completed in the three days that they said it would be.

From what I can tell, Titanium Construction did a great job and I have not had any issues a month later even after some major storms. I even had a separate issue with a small part of my siding that Ben noticed and installed some extra flashing to help fortify it without charging anything extra.

Once his team was finished, they left my house and yard extremely clean as if they were never there.

We hired Titanium Construction to do a complete remodel of our Master Bathroom. They did quality work and Ben, who was the project manager on the project, was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Ben always followed through on requests and never missed a promised action. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again. We made several changes from the original plan and their was never an issue with making those changes.

We contacted Titanium Construction to repair our garage foundation and since it sits on a cliff, it makes it harder than usual. Ben was quick in his response and worked with us on the quote. The workers were punctual and professional. The quality of the job was excellent and they cleaned everything up once the job was finished. We would work with them again in future.

I was desperate this nasty week in February to find a reliable roofing company to address my leaking roof. Titanium Construction did the job for me without delay and expertly.
I had made many calls. Few companies were available to begin with. One that did come to see the roof told me I had to wait until March for the weather to improve, despite the leak.
Titanium Construction checked and found out that the weather would improve that same weekend, just for 1 day. They arrived to inspect the roof the same day we first talked, and climbed my totally iced up flat roof.

Ben from Titanium Construction got back to me almost immediately via email and then by phone to talk about a roofing problem and had some of his guys out to my home within hours to resolve the issue. The workers were punctual, professional, and got it resolved. It’s not easy finding such responsive and outstanding workers/service providers these days so needless to say I was very pleased and grateful. I also felt their price was very fair for the challenging and timely work. I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them.

Summary - We hired Titanium Construction for a large job (room addition plus a complete kitchen remodel) and it went very well. We're extremely happy and would hire Titanium again.

Details - The original, barely functional kitchen in our cape opened out onto a decrepit deck. The deck needed to be replaced before it fell down so we brought Ben and Titanium Construction in to see what our options were. After talking with Ben and an architect we decided to tear down the outer wall, build a new living room with deck off the kitchen, and completely redo the kitchen. It was a huge job that was done very well and the results have exceeded expectations.

Ben at Titanium was great to work with. Very responsive, taking the inevitable curve-ball in stride, and selecting a great team to complete the work. We needed carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing and Ben ably arranged it all. We need to make special mention of Rafael and Ronaldo, who were the two carpenters who were on site basically every day. That consistency, and their obvious skill, was key to move the project along but what we'll long remember and appreciate is just how nice they were. This was a lengthy project and it was genuinely great to have them at our house throughout.

Overall, the quality of the work was excellent. Everyone at Titanium listened to whatever thoughts and concerns we had and addressed them. The project has been a huge positive for us and the house. We would not hesitate to recommend Titanium.

Best decision I ever made. The roof looks beautiful, they worked very hard and completed a total strip and laid down plywood over the 111 year old roof in 10 hours. The cleanup was awesome. The yard looks like they were never here.The crew was awesome, and very professional. All done in 1 day. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend LTC to anyone.

This company came highly recommended by my trusted plumber after I experienced a major water leak affecting my second unit, first-floor unit, and basement. I was extremely grateful for the referral and Titanium more than lived up to it.

Titanium quickly identified and stopped the source of the leak, then handled everything from remediation and treatment to repairs and a full bathroom renovation. What truly impressed me was how efficiently they completed this massive scope of work, all while both units remained occupied. That level of coordination and professionalism is rare.

Communication throughout the project was excellent. They provided a well-organized project dashboard that managed payments, daily log reports, and photo/video documentation of progress. While I would have liked the daily logs to be a bit more regimented, the transparency and access to updates were still top-notch.

The project manager did an outstanding job guiding me through every step, coordinating finishes, and offering high-quality advice along the way. The entire process felt organized, thoughtful, and client-focused.
