Marisa and Rangel replaced my kitchen counters and painted all my cabinets. They did a great job fixing and covering metal cabinets where there was rust previously. They gave me advice for the materials available for counter tops when I asked, and they also asked for my input at different stages of the job. They’re hardworking and honest and I will hire them again!

Great professional work!! These steps were suffering for 4 winters and were getting dangerous. Common Goal Construction took care of it in 2 days. Price was very competitive. Previously we had gotten two quotes that were astronomical. We couldn't do it. Glad Common Goals came through.

My wife and I hired Marisa to both guide and assist us with installing several small items into the plaster walls in our new home. Marisa was very helpful on all accounts. We were so grateful when all was said and done we had 2 new towel rods installed in our bathroom, a curtain rod in our child's bedroom and more know-how and confidence to do more projects of this kind on our own. Would highly recommend Marisa if you'd like to have a friendly and competent person do those various house projects for you or if you'd like to learn in the process so you can do it on your own in the future.

Marisa outfitted an empty closet for us and we are thrilled with the results. The closet was quirky and in an old home, with plumbing behind the wall. She had great attention to detail and made it super functional. Easy to work with, reasonable prices, and great work! Would highly recommend.

Marissa did a great job getting some water shutoff valves unfrozen so they could install a new water filter under my kitchen sink. It was easy to schedule, and we had good communication along the way. Job done successfully at the price quoted and they cleaned up after the job was done! I will be using their services again when needed.

Don’t hire him!!! Milton is awful. Over a year of delays on a simple job finishing my basement. He’s a waste of time and money. I have to chase him Call and text constantly to get anything done. Not worth the headache. Poor professionalism, poor value, poor communication.

They will start a project that takes one day and leave 4 hours in even when he has the tools and materials and claim he doesn't, then won't show up for days until it's convenient for them. Don't pay until they finish and don't sign anything unless you have strict rules or they will waste your time. They don't even screw in trim or caulk any seems. Terrible, slow and unreliable.

Milton Construction- Revere, MA is a company to not hire! He will give you the run around and keep extending the deadlines. He takes the money for the phases and doesn't complete each phase for months. When you bring anything to his attention about timeliness, he doesn't take responsibility and hands out excuses. I've never seen a contractor that can't keep his own deadline that he's made multiple times over. I have copies of emails and text messages to prove it. Hire only if you don't mind waiting two years for completion.

We received several estimates for our project and ended up choosing Blue Fox and we're so happy we did. We worked with Farley the owner who oversaw the entire job and made regular appearances to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. The quality of the work is top notch. And one of the best things was we didn't have to use separate contractors for the different phases (eg insulation, carpentry work, painting, etc). And we were really impressed at how everything was organized and the next step started immediately after the previous one was completed. Excellent coordination, communication and craftsmanship.
