Ryan was polite and great with my dog. He quickly drained my sink. He then replaced a spigot and ran a waterline to my fridge. He explained everything he was doing and showed me where everything was and is now. I am excited to be a member of a friendly and competent company.

Jack from Maffei Services did a great job fixing my HVAC unit. He quickly identified the issue and did the necessary repair promptly. He was very professional and I felt I was treated fairly. I highly recommend them.

Maffei always responds to my requests quickly. I was having issues with my thermostat. The day after I called, they scheduled Billy to come and check it out. He was very professional ... listening, testing, and determining I needed a new thermostat. He installed and set it up. I am very happy with this service.

Got a new toilet and sink installed, only took a day for Maffei to get everything, install it and remove the old installations. The technician, Ryan, was great, and left everything meticulously clean.

Had a leak in our toilet Sal and Paul handled it with ease. Prompt and professional service. Highly recommend

I had 2 issues with hot water heater/tank at 2 different properties. Maffei was very prompt (next day) response. I thought the price for both issues was very high, but I was in a bind and agreed. The work was completed promptly and the (I believe) was very high quality. The plumbers were very nice young men and highly skilled.

Unfortunately I found the service to be very expensive ($700+) to do a dishwasher installation. I accepted the estimate because I was pressed for time. The problem was that the installation was not profesional. I had to call them back because the unit was not aligned properly and it also stressed my cabinets. Luckily no permanent damage to the cabinets but was surprised they did not notice. They had also asked for an additional $1,100 to just take the old unit away. I declined that and ended up selling the unit with the buyer picking it up. I also asked them to estimate on fixing a toilet leak. The estimate came in at $430. I declined and ended up fixing it by replacing the flapper. Took me 15 minutes and cost $16 to fix the job.
I am not one that usually leaves reviews (good or bad) and maybe luck was not on our side… but I was a little upset . If you charge over profesional rates, you should at least provide profesional quality service.

I was very impressed with the technician.Ivan T.was very thorough.Explain the paperwork the process what they were doing.What needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable gave me some suggestions. Also, explained maintenance program which is awesome. They cleaned the blower and I'm very pleased.
It was filthy. HE SHOWED ME WHERE THE FILTER WAS SOMETHING HAFFNERS DIDN'T DO and i had no idea how often and the importqance of keeping the filters cleaned. Suggested what other filter I could by buy cost effective.
It was worth the money. I appreciate the hard work for both Ivan and his assistant and/or apprentice.

I paid $624 to replace a $25 Kitchen sink strainer. I had a leak. I was impatient. That is true, but that doesn't negate you from you overcharging me.

Totally over charged at about $600 per hour for labor. Resetting a toilet and tank rebuild was over $1200 (parts could not have been more than $40). Go somewhere else unless you like getting overcharged. I had used them for over 30 years, but never again!

The technician was kind and knowledgeable, however I feel the pricing was not fair. I had a replacement garbage disposal installed. I had already bought the new disposal online (same model as the old one.) Technician quoted 900 dollars for the replacement to be installed. I was taken aback but ultimately went through with it because my sink was leaking through the disposal and it couldn’t wait. I understand they take “emergency calls” and that drives the price up. Expensive lesson learned. 900 dollars is my whole check for a week.

Ryan was very prompt and pleasant. He was so great at communicating to me what the issue was. It was a simple problem and I was not told at booking that there was a flat fee for any repairs just the $49 dispatch fee. Ryan facilitated a satisfactory arrangement and positive outcome.

Had an issue and they were onsite within the hour. Resolved issue immediately. Been with this company for 5 years. Awesome

Maffei service was professional and timely. Very upfront about service and pricing. Polite and respectful. They understood I had to be working while they were in my home.

I tried multiple times over a few days to fix the issue in my kitchen and I just couldn’t get it. I called for a quote and Maffei had Ryan here the next morning. The receptionist listened and called with timing updates. Ryan worked quickly, replaced the plumbing with exceptional neatness leaving me with more functional space under the sink than before.

Do I wish I could have successfully avoided the situation and completed it myself? Absolutely. Am I a plumber? Absolutely not. You get what you pay for with a last minute service and my experience with Maffei was great. Thanks!
