We asked Green Clean to help us with our house. Maggie is great to interact with and does a phenomenal job. She is very clear and delivers what she says. I have found that if I listen to her and respect her work I am continually amazed at how much cleaner our house is and what a large improvement she has brought to our lives. Thanks Green Clean!

The owner was unprofessional and the cleaning was not done well. I hired them for a deep clean then to move to monthly clean. I had high expectations, perhaps too high. But that would be ok. If I had not been met with threats and rudeness. And left my floors dirtier than when they started!

I recently moved to Salem and was looking for a cleaning company that did not use harsh chemicals. We have a seven-year-old Green Cheek Conure & since parrots have sensitive respiratory systems, it can be hard to find a bird-safe cleaner. I am so happy I found Green Clean! Midge is super responsive and is so mindful of any special requirements (like our sweet Ruby). She clearly outlines her policies and is transparent about the services included in each cleaning. I highly recommend Green Clean if you have sensitive pets (or humans) in your home. :)

I have an older house with all kinds of odd nooks and crannies and approximately 900,000 houseplants, 2 disabled (messy) cats, a dog that sheds like there's no tomorrow, and a tiny human whose favorite thing to do (besides knock things over) is throw food on the floor — and the walls, and the table, and the dog. Midge's regular cleanings have helped keep me (semi) sane. I like that she uses all 'clean' cleaning products (refer back to pets + baby) and her attention to detail is like no other.

She got a spot off our baseboard that I was convinced was just here to stay, and our glass shower door has never been as clean as it is now...which says a lot because we installed it lol.

I am very much a "do it myself" kind of person and always feel weird about having other people come help, but Midge's warm and kind demeanor has made me so much more comfortable with it.

Also the dog and baby both like her, and they're pretty good judges of character.

Midge has been a huge help through many ages & stages for my family. When my children were babies and I was so overwhelmed with cleaning to a recent move-related cleaning after my oldest went off to college. Green Clean always goes the extra mile and provides a happy and healthy sparkle to my home.

I have had the privilege of working with midge both as her staff, and as a Green Clean customer and in both situations I have felt lucky! As her worker, midge is very meticulous and makes sure you're properly trained. She's very understanding of life and all of its quirks, and welcomes you as you are. She's extremely communicative and as open to receiving feedback and she is to giving it.
As a customer of Green Clean, you can expect the deep cleaning of a lifetime. Midge and her Green Clean employees leave no stone unturned and she has a sheet for each room that teaches you the steps to how to work every single corner of each room. Midge also takes the time to train you on individual houses, so as her customer you can expect a personalized deep cleaning every time! I have an 1800s house that has lots of nooks, and the previous owners left behind a lot of dust and debris on just about every surface. After a few sessions with midge, our house looked brand new (as brand new as an 1800s house can look, that is)!

I've worked with Midge and her team for years, and like Green Clean so much that when I moved across town, I made sure Green Clean came with me. Midge and company do a great job (I've had compliments on how nice things look after a cleaning, and questions about how she gets the counters to look so great while using only Eco-friendly products), and the non-toxic products are safe for me and my pets. Highly recommend!

We love Green Clean! Midge started off with a fantastic deep clean for us about 6 months ago, and now we always look forward to our monthly cleaning. Midge is so thorough, hitting all the nooks and crannies, and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does. We know that after a cleaning is done the house is going to feel so nice and refreshed — and the fact that this doesn’t come with harsh chemical smells is the cherry on top.

Policies and pricing are transparent up front, and Midge is also just a kind and trustworthy person to work with. I would definitely recommend Green Clean to anyone looking for an eco-friendly cleaning service on the North Shore!

We have had Midge and the Green Clean team clean our house monthly on and off (paused for covid years) probably for close to 7 years! Our house always shines after cleaning day and my husband and I breathe a sigh of relief about our pristine home. And then we try to live carefully for as long as possible to make it last! Midge is communicative, and patient with our moody old dog :) Her staff was always great with pets and so pleasant and kind to be around and chat with. Both adults work from home at our place, and we've always made it work. Thank you, Green Clean! Always grateful!

I have used maid pro of Salem for several years now.

Of course the cleaning depends on the cleaner.
All the cleaners are friendly, accommodating and hard working.

I just had Zuleika clean my house, she was amazing, most cleaners do not move items, just clean around them.
She did that and more...thorough detailed, so accommodating. Friendly..I hope she can clean my home always.

Also the people who run maidpro of Salem, they are so so vey patient accommodating, helpful, understanding

It says something when you entrust someone to come into your home every two weeks and you have never met her. Laraine has my complete trust and I just love coming home after she has been there - everything is put away, it smells so clean....my 18-year old cat is fine and purring (and she does not like strangers). MaidPro is my choice and I am glad Laraine is part of that choice. Linda

Very disappointed! Came first time to clean studio they left all dust , floor dirty I will attach pictures below ! They offered me to come back and clean after they saw the pictures of my apartment yet the same thing ! They clean around things don’t even move a vase of flower to clean under ! First and last time

Amazing all-around service. Easy to sign up. No contract. Reasonable rates. Ease of service. Don’t need to be home. Work 60-70 hour weeks and still have a sparkling home. Thoughtful follow ups. Actually enjoy my days off? Supposedly if you feel something was missed they will come back and fix it, but I’ve never needed that. How can you not be happy with something like that?? Would recommend to anyone who can’t keep up with cleaning.

Vanessa has been coming to my home in Beverly to clean my home...she is a real pro trying to exactly what you want done, and more. Pays attention to detail, and takes pride in her work. I would recommend her to clean your home!

Best thing I have done for myself.

I've been using Maidpro for about a month now. Katia has been amazing and I couldn't be happier with the service. She really goes above and beyond and she's super nice. My house is spotless. I debated for a long time about hiring a service like this but when I realized I just couldn't keep up with the scrubbing anymore, I finally decided to try it and I'm so glad I did!

Horrendous first attempt, mediocre on the second visit. Called to tell me that they needed more time (extra charge) and even after my "free" second visit we had dirty cabinets. Might be fine for light cleaning (light dusting, toilet brushing, and vacuuming) but scrubbing is not what they do. It's unclear if the issue is time management or fear of using muscles to actually scrub but we were able to clean many times faster than the professionals here. Perhaps they didn't even open the cabinets in the kitchen or bathroom?

$400+ for a job poorly done on under 1200sq ft of living space with no furniture. 0/10 would not recommend even though customer service on the phone is nice.

Pictures are from cabinets and windows AFTER they came. The last is after the second visit. So many crumbs...

Editing to add that I hate leaving bad reviews and I've rarely left one star. I try to be understanding but spending the money we earn on this was simply disgusting.

Shocking estimates. All other cleaners work diligently for less than half the price. Quoted me 249 to clean our 400 sq ft air bnb. I currently pay $75.
They told me it would take two workers 2 hours. Just a greedy office manager imo
