About a year ago, I finally decided to have help with my housecleaning since I was facing several surgeries. I was so pleased that I have continued MaidPro services even though I am completely healthy again. There are many things that I love.
For example, Janice is always responsive and prompt. A day or two before 'the date', I receive an email asking what I would like to have done. That information always gets communicated correctly.
I have requested to have Vjollca each time, and my wish has been granted. She is wonderful. All details are attended to, and I come home to a sparkling clean home. I couldn't be more pleased.

MaidPro came at the recommendation of a friend, after a long conversation about cleaning and not wanting to do it. My experience thus far has been excellent! The cleaners arrived on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning. It felt WONDERFUL to have a clean home and not have lifted a finger. MaidPro follow up to ensure your satisfaction and strives to really keep you happy as a customer.

Have long trusted MaidPro and they're always consistently great with excellent customer service. Johannie and Maria in particular!

Update 6 months later: had to cancel my MaidPro service because the service became sporadic. My usual MaidPro Lily no longer works there so the office sent someone new without telling me and the cleaning just wasn’t worth paying for. None of the women are English speaking so it was hard to tell them to clean the obvious dirt they missed on my shower tiles. The office ladies are nice but I had to call multiple times to get proper service done. They have this 49 point cleaning checklist that they say they do but most of them don’t. I would look for a different service.

Krystal and Sierra did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, completed the work in the time allotted according to the estimate, and were quite personal and accommodating. I look forward to having them clean my home on a monthly basis.

Joyce and Shanna are the best!!! Can't say enough about how thorough and friendly they are. I have always been very pleased with every cleaning. I have recommended them to many friends. VERY HAPPY I found MaidPro.

Shanna and Joyce are an amazing team. I am consistently impressed with their attention to detail. They are reliable, efficient and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality cleaning.

I love MaidPro. My husband and I decided long ago that investing in a cleaning service was a relationship saver. When we moved to Salem a year ago we had to find a new service and MaidPro came highly recommended. We could not be happier!

7.2021 Update: we've been using Maidpro for almost two years and are still super happy. Jenna and Juana take such good care of our home and I really appreciate how Maidpro has handled the pandemic.

After traveling for a week, it was a treat to come home to everything sparkling, dust free & spelling fresh! They even left a note “I enjoyed spending time with your cat”. Janice is always responsive and her team does a great job every time. I highly recommend!

Maidpro Salem is a great Cleaning Service. They are reliable, trustworthy, responsive, and Johannie and Juana really do a good job together as a team.

Whitney recently cleaned my house and did a fantastic job. I was amazed at how thoroughly Whitney cleaned my house. She did a wonderful job. I look forward to the next time Whitney will clean my house. I feel that Whitney is a terrific asset to MaidPro.

Johannie and Juana did a great job. they took their time to ask exactly what it was that we wished done. The girls were thorough even dusting my Wally and Molly stuffed animals. Definitely would use Maidpro Salem and in particular Johannie
and Juana again.

Shanna and Joyce are amazing! They do a fantastic job with a smile for us every week. Everything is left spotless and shining and I can't believe how clean they can get our shower doors! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, friendly cleaning team.

This is my second review. I have been using this service for over 2 years now. The owner and staff are always there to help if you need anything.
Of course, like any service job, who you get can effect your cleaning, but 99.5 % of the time I always get a good clean.
there are some, like Jenna, who recently came to clean. Jenna was thorough, and my favorite, which most do not do, move items when cleaning. she did a GREAT job!

My family has used MaidPro in several different instances and have always been happy with the results and customer service. Most recently a family member is having regular house cleanings and the team is very proactive, efficient and friendly. They even manage to work around two large, rambunctious dogs without any complaint.

Vanessa cleaned my house today and I was extremely pleased! She arrived on time, was professional, completed the cleaning in the estimated time frame and did an excellent job. So glad we decided to go with Maid Pro to clean our house on a bi-weekly basis. Mia and Ciara have done a wonderful job and are so pleasant to us. Would recommend!

We at the Marblehead Summer House have used different maid services over the last 10 years, and we're pretty picky. The last five years we've only used maid pro. Janice and her folks have done a fine job for us. What continues to impress me though is the professional way she stays in touch and follows up every week. I am never wondering if the maids are going to show up or if we have communicated. She's the Best!
