Janice and Team are the greatest! We tried a few different services before settling on Maid Pro and they do not disappoint.

Scheduling is flexible if we need to change things up, and feedback is always encouraged and followed up on.

For almost three years now, Maid Pro day is still a favorite day in our house -- Would highly recommend!

MaidPro cleaner Janet O. is one of their best. She is very diligent and thorough in doing her job, and she pays attention to details. And she does all of this within the allocated amount of time, neither leaving early nor going over her time. She is a very good worker.

Wow we could not recommend MaidPro more. We were worried it would be impersonal but we feel so much love and pride in the work when our cleaners have been. Usually we have Johanna and Juana who are so wonderful and take such good care, such good attention to detail and truly a sense of caring. Once we had someone named George who did a wonderful job and put his own touch on things. Last time a different person came who unfortunately did not leave their name but we could tell there was such love and attention in the work. Whoever comes, our home shines. All our requests are accommodated and we are so thrilled. Highly recommend!

Yasmine & Juana did a fantastic job! They were very friendly and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. I am more than satisfied with their service and will definitely be requesting them for future cleans. I HIGHLY recommend MaidPro!!!

I have signed up MaidPro for a cleaning every two weeks. This has taken away the stress of trying to keep up with the dust and entropic impact of living. The service is very professional and reasonably priced. Every two weeks, Janet has transformed my living space to my great appreciation. Highly recommended.

Shanna and Joyce do great job and are wonderful people. We are so happy to have found them. We have tried several cleaning services prior to MaidPro and were not impressed with the level of cleaning and price. My husband and I both spend a lot of time working and commuting and I can't say what a huge difference it makes to have them come in and clean every two weeks, especially since I have become pregnant. We also really appreciate how great they are with our dog, who has also become quite fond of them!

I am super happy with Maid Pro, especially the cleaner Vjollca! She rescued me from a cleaning nightmare. Long story short she did an amazing job, was very thorough and really nice too! The Salem Chamber of Commerce hired MaidPro to clean our office space recently and Whitney did an amazing job! She was personable, efficient, and got our office nicely cleaned in short time. The service is a great value considering how great of a job they did. Janice, who runs the Salem location, is also a pleasure to work with in booking the cleaning. We will definitely use them again!

We have had the best experience with MaidPro. We have had a few different cleaning groups and they have all been fantastic. Just recently we had Janet, Jennifer, and Whitney- there were so friendly, respectful and did an amazing job. They go above and beyond to make every area tidy. They also did a great job of avoiding certain cleaning products for certain areas I requested. They even worked around my child's extensive magnatile build he wouldn't take down. Can't recommend enough.

Brittany and team do a great job, work independently, don’t miss a spot and make us very happy as we enjoy a completely cleaned house. Make a huge difference after a winter full of street grime.

MaidPro is my #1 go to choice for preparing properties for sale. After the home has been staged, I call Janice at MaidPro and I know the home weill be spotlessly clean and smelling fresh. The staff are trustworthy and they do a great job everytime.

We tried Maidpro for the first time, I called in Thursday and requested for a Saturday cleaning, maidpro was able to accommodate my request. Stephanie G came in Saturday and did a great job of cleaning our kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and lots of stairs. My husband's shower room had stain on the floor and it was hard to clean, Stephanie made extra effort to clean it and the shower room looks spotless after cleaning! We ordered one time cleaning, the job was not done after the time ends, Stephanie worked extra time to finish cleaning our house and make sure all rooms and all areas were covered. Our kitchen looks shinier, bedrooms looks fresher, and all bathrooms are cleaner compared to pre-cleaning, my husband and I are very happy about the service we received. Salem Design Landscaping & Construction did office and bathroom renovations for our office building. We also use their landscaping team for the grounds maintenance, plants, and flowers. The BEST in Salem. We love Salem DLC!
