Electrical reviews in Saugus, Massachusetts

Lucas and his team at LT electric are hands down the best electrical company in New England, very professional , very reasonable pricing , quality work , and does not give the run around like all the companies around. I will be hiring LT electric again and again with all my projects!!!!!

Organizations should be holding their drivers responsible as they are representing the name on their commercial vehicles. If this organization’s work quality is anything like the driver of the vehicle pictured, then the quality is less than ideal.

On 18 November, 2025, at approx. 0600 on 495-S, MA license place Y50 261; the driver performed a non-signaled, diagonal traverse across multiple lanes of heavy traffic to reach the exit ramp. This caused a near collision with the vehicle they cut in behind and forced heavy defensive braking on the part of the vehicle that they cut off, creating a measurable hazard to the traffic behind them. This maneuver demonstrated a deliberate choice to prioritize the driver’s convenience over the safety and well-being of others and is a severe lapse in professional conduct.

This vehicle was the organization’s representation on a public roadway and their actions represent a severe corporate liability.

We booked a dryer vent inspection service with BRAT Air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services of Massachusetts because we wanted to be sure everything in our house was operating safely. Karl was informed and amiable. We signed up for continuous dryer vent maintenance after the dryer vent repair work was successfully finished. Additionally, we scheduled mold removal, AC duct cleaning, and furnace cleaning. The air in the entire house seemed cleaner thanks to their thorough duct cleaning services. I'm really happy with this vent cleaning service.

My dryer duct cleaning and repair was expertly performed by BRAT Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning services of MA,. They discovered lint accumulation along with wet circumstances that could result in the creation of mold during the meticulous dryer vent cleaning. They ensured that everything was thoroughly cleaned and promptly fixed the problem. I liked how they clarified the significance of routine upkeep in preventing mold and boosting productivity. My dryer is currently operating flawlessly thanks to their prompt repair services.

The technician came over to our business to clean 2 dryer vents. He told me I am breaching the law (I found out later there are no laws around this) for not cleaning the dryer vent for 4 years and this time HE WOULD NOT REPORT ME, if he cleans the vents. He charged me 3 times more than other estimates I got. After calling several times, they told me they will give me $200 refund few weeks back and I can't seem to find anyone returning my call. Their business phone number is a Google-created phone number. Beware.

Knew what they were doing. Installed scaffolding to reach 16 ft ceiling and added an outlet. Fine work
