We had two small jobs--converting a 220V outlet to 120, and replacing a broken switch controlling a ceiling fan. FEC was able to schedule it quickly, came on time, and did the work well at a fair price.

We purchased a pool and needed to have it grounded and some existing wires adjusted. We ended up having the pool grounded, hard wiring the heater and having a sub panel installed outside for future electric needs. One of the guys even helped explain how some of the pool equipment worked since the installer did not. We could not be happier with the outcome and service.

We were new to the area and the process is different than our previous location. F.E.C. was recommended to us. From the first phone call through the initial assessment the communication and service was great. They explained why things were options and why some were not. We were provided two quotes depending on which way we wanted to go. We ended up adding more on by choice because the rates were reasonable and the service had been great.

The team showed up to do the work, and answered every mundane question I had. I could tell they were there only because I saw the changes, there was never a mess, everything was cleaner than when they got there.

When we had questions, it didn't matter what day, if I sent a text there was always a quick response.

I recently had a new heating, air conditioning system and oil tank installed in my home. Also had a shower installed in a bathroom. FEC Electric (Nick Furtado) was the electrian for all phases. We had FEC upgrade our 100 amp service to 200. Nicholas was very thorough when he came to give me an estimate explaining what would be done as well as options. The written estimate was very clear. Communicaton was excellent.
Nicholas and his team arrived on time and finished the job in one morning. They were sensitive to the fact that we had a flower garden near the outside meter and did what the could to avoid damage. The installation inside looks clean and neat. They worked around an area where my work bench normally resides so that I didn't have to make any adjustments. They cross referenced the breaker numbers to the master list for the old panel.

Nick provided excellent service. He came by the same day I called to provide an estimate, which was very reasonable for the job. He was always available to answer questions we had leading up to the date of the job. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would and completed a full wiring and bonding of our above ground pool as well as the installation of a ceiling fan in our living room. All in all, they were in and out in 6 hours flat.

Great experience. The two installers were punctual and completed the Tesla wall charger installation in a timely manner. The work scope estimate matched the final cost and the job was completed the same way it was described to me on the quote. They also walked me thru the Tesla app and didn’t leave until my car was actually charging. Great work
