They work at a condominium property I manage in Beverly for both plowing and landscaping. I am very happy with their work as is the Board of Trustees. I also find when I reach out to Clayton, he gets right back to me. The whole team is very responsive. They were there early this spring already performing spring clean-up in March!

Stefano’s landscaping with work through Clayton has been outstanding. Our contract is followed through on each year and our property is managed professionally. We receive timely quotes when we ask for additional projects and Clayton has always been available for consultation when needed.

We were looking to have some minor grading done to our yard. We requested a quote through their website and Jim was prompt in following up to come onsite to provide a quote. I was unable to be at home during the the quote so my wife showed him the area and described the work being requested. Normally she’s uncomfortable in these situations but Jim was very pleasant and listened to what she had to say, so high approval marks there.

The quote came in within a few hours and was detailed in the work to be done and the price was very reasonable.

Stefano's Landscaping did a fantastic job on all the projects we had them do this summer. They repaired some walkway pavers, built a cobblestone line along the flowerbeds, and installed a really nice patio in the backyard that we can use for basketball and many other activities. They needed to repair some of the irrigation and lawn because of the work done and they left both better than the original. We recently had Stefano’s Landscaping install a beautiful in-ground fiberglass pool at our home in Andover, MA, and we could not be happier with the experience or the final result. From day one, their team showed up consistently and worked hard every single day until the project was complete. One of the biggest reasons this project was so successful was having a true project manager from day one. Our PM, Jesse, was also our salesperson, so he was involved from the very beginning—through proposal revisions, competitor comparisons, and countless adjustments. Once we signed, Jesse seamlessly transitioned into full PM mode and managed the entire process end-to-end. The continuity, professionalism, and expertise he brought made the project essentially stress-free. Despite having a large crew, roles and responsibilities were clearly defined, and everything ran smoothly. It’s clear they know exactly how to execute large-scale pool and landscape projects.

Our lot was sloped and challenging, but they expertly leveled it and completely transformed our backyard. The fiberglass pool is gorgeous, paired with an incredible patio and decking area at a very competitive price. They perfectly matched our existing granite, added beautiful retaining ledges, and planted arborvitae for privacy—turning the space into a true private oasis.

The crew was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. The site was left spotless every single day—our neighbors even commented on how clean everything stayed and how friendly and courteous the team was. They handled nearly everything themselves, including all pool plumbing and equipment. Electrical was the only separate trade, and that coordination was seamless. We truly didn’t have to worry about anything—no loose ends, no surprises, nothing left for us to fix as homeowners.

We even added an outdoor shower as a last-minute request, and Greg personally helped us find a smart, cost-effective solution without any hassle. But what impressed us most was that, at the very end of the project, the team spent several extra days perfecting the paver install over the automatic pool cover. Instead of using the standard exposed metal access panel, they created a completely seamless, custom solution that looks like it was designed that way from the start. We didn’t even ask—they just went above and beyond because they cared about the final result.

Could not give 10 stars since google limits it to 5 but they deserve it. From the moment they stepped foot on our property we knew they were the right company for our project. Stefano's is an all in one company, alleviating the need to line up numerous contractors that is usually required with a backyard pool project. Start to finish any aspect of design, installation, and follow up was tremendous. The finished product exceeded any of our expectations and created an outdoor space we can be proud to call our own.

We used Stefano's to put in a new patio for us last year and a new fire pit. They did a great job. The work was done quickly and the quality of the install was very good. I called Novak to help clear a path for an upcoming fence demo/install at my house in Melrose, and not only were they incredibly responsive, they worked very quickly and even returned a few days later to ensure that the fence folks had everything they needed to make both projects successful.

I will for sure be calling Novak again for any landscaping/hardscaping projects.
