Cesar really went above and beyond to make sure our carpets were spotless and that we were satisfied with the results. He truly cares about his work and exceeded our expectations when we moved into our new home in Saugus. Our carpet was almost new and covered a large area, but it had a strong pet odor throughout. Cesar cleaned the carpets using his professional equipment and let us know he would come back at no extra charge if the smell didn’t come out. He returned and treated the carpet again, trying to help us avoid the cost of replacement. We are very happy with his dedication and effort, and we’ll definitely use this service again for any carpet cleaning needs.
