Reviews of local pros in Saugus, Massachusetts

We've had the pleasure of working with Marcelo and his team at Needful Services for the past three years, and they have become an invaluable part of our Home Remodeling and New Construction projects. From the very first project to our most recent, Marcelo and his crew have consistently delivered outstanding plumbing services, making them our go-to contractor in this field.

Their work consistently exceeds not only our expectations but also those of our clients. They are reliable, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality results. Unlike many in the plumbing industry, Marcelo and his team are fair and transparent in their billing, providing honest services at competitive rates.

If you're familiar with the challenges of finding a trustworthy plumber, you'll appreciate the integrity and dedication of Marcelo and his team. We highly recommend Needful Services for any plumbing needs and wouldn't consider working with anyone else.

Thank you, Marcelo and the team, for your hard work and commitment to excellence!

I've worked with Bill and his father before him for close to 40 years. I would not consider doing business with anyone else due to his competence, flexibility, and general fair dealing.

My wife and I just bought a new house. We have had Greg out a couple times to install new toilets, dishwasher, stove and faucets. He is always very professional and knowledgeable.

Bills Plumbing is the absolute best I've ever encountered. Bill has come on short notice and repaired our furnace expertly. I would highly recommend Bills Plumbing.

My family had been clients of Bill for years. His son, Greg, has taken over and I've had him out a few times. He does great work and seems to really enjoy what he does. I'd recommend him 100%.

We have used Bill's Plumbing multiple times now over the years for different issues and they have been excellent. Fair pricing, expert plumbers, responsive, and trustworthy. My wife and I do not typically write reviews, but we are very glad that we discovered them.

Called at 10 am when the water heater let go and was up and running with a new one by 5 pm. Matt and his team were friendly and professional. He tracked down a replacement for our uncommon liquid propane water heater in no time and was in and out. Very happy with the finished job. Hot showers for everyone tomorrow.
