Watch out as this owner has his workers spend more time than it takes to diagnose a problem so he can pad the bill with excess hours. Very untrustworthy. See my complaint on Better Business Bureau. Its going to take legal action to get the money he screwed me for.

Old piping in my house started to leak before the main water shutoff. Called CRN Plumbing and within minutes Ronnie and Tyler came out, coordinated with the town's DPW to shut off the water from the street, and made the necessary repairs timely and efficiently. I cannot recommend enough!!!

And this was on Memorial Day of all days!!!

I had an issue with my boiler. He came out when he said he would. Informed me of what was taking place every step of the way.
His rates were very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company.

CRN is my go to for all plumbing needs in Malden. They came out to diagnose an issue within 3 hours after receiving an email in the middle of the night when I was in a different country.

We hired CRN Plumbing in the Summer of 2020. We had a Gilbraltar pool install. We needed electricity run from the house to the garage. Then the garage to the pool. CRN handled the digging of the very long trenches along with the needed electrical. Everyone involved was very professional and efficient. Thank you to ALL CRN staff!

We had scheduled appointment for getting quote for heating system. They never showed up, also never called to say they can not come. When my husband called them, they said they are going to be late an hour. We were going to be late on work so we had to cancel this appointment that we waited for so long. So unprofessional. If they can not come on time how they can perform work?

Nick was awesome. Came to my nail salon in Beverly and fixed all the issues with our sinks and ventilation. No more odors! He did a great job and was very courteous and respectful

We used CRN for the replacement of a toilet. Their installation was perfect and the conduct of their employees was a 5-star representation
of the Company. Absolutely would call them again for any job they can handle...Thanks CRN!!!!

This company is a fraud. Don’t use them! They over charged me $250! They originally charge me $250 to hook up a dryer in my home, a 10 minute job at best. I checked my credit card statement and saw that they charge me an extra $250 on top of the $250 I was quoted. Unbelievable. When I confronted them about this they said that second $250 charge was a mistake and that it should’ve been a $67 charge instead.. 67.00 for what? Total scam. Do not use them!

This team is trustworthy, provides great prices and does excellent work.

CRN put in the electric and gas for my fireplace gas insert. Not only did they do a great job, the price was competitive and they keep in touch before the process. So respectful of my home, upon completion, they even washed my floor after they swept it!! So nice to have one group do both services!

I do not recommend CRN plumbing to anyone, zero customer service and fraud! They came out twice to fix a problem on my boiler, first crew said problem is fixed and re-record, I wasn’t there they were suppose to call me 2 hours before they get there and that didn’t happen, the next day they send another crew and promise I’ll be happy, the Person I spoke with goes by Ron yea don’t believe that guy they just want your money, second crew says they need order a part and they’ll get back to me, we’ll! They didnt and charge me $389.00 without my permission, DO NOT LET THIS PEOPLE WORK IN YOUR HOME

Nick, the plumber who came to my house, (I hope that is his name) was courteous,respectful and most competent. He did the job as expected and in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased. I will recommend CRN without hesitation.

CRN Came in as part of a gas fireplace installation. I’m always uncomfortable working with people I didn’t research/pick personally, but in this case, I was quite pleasantly surprised. Everyone at CRN were fantastic; excellent communication, prompt, polite, considerate of our property and very efficient. Gas, electric and then the city inspections, it all went perfectly... seriously, I can’t say enough about this group, we are very grateful.

Hugo and Nick have solved several plumbing issues that came up over time on a new house for us: diagnose and fix leaky shower valves, magically scooch a valve so escutcheon fit better, clean Navien tankless system, and more. They were great diagnosing, explaining, and solving the various issues we had.

Scheduler was great and got all the right parts ordered.

CRN came to us as part of our new gas fireplace installation. Prior to their arrival, a major problem occurred. No one could fix it and we were disappointed that the project was over before it began. Then CRN came in and came up with a new successful approach and solved the problem! CRN is great, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone, the owner, the workers and the office staff, all were exceptional people and completely attentive to our job. Our experience with CRN found them to be top-notch!

I had my water heater replaced by CRN and they provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Out of all the plumbing companies I spoke with, they were the most detail oriented, and made sure that they got me the most ideal product at the best price. They were quick to respond to all my queries and wanted me to be fully comfortable with all details before I signed the contract. The plumbers who replaced my heater were very polite and professional. They got the job done quickly with no complications, and ensured that the heater was fully working before they left.
